I specialize in working with clients dealing with anxiety, fears, depression, traumas, negative beliefs about themselves, stuck points, grief and loss.

In addition to talk therapy I also use EMDR which accesses both hemispheres of the brain. Through this process the brain can naturally process trauma, stuck points, painful memories. EMDR addresses all aspects of the trauma (big or small) including triggers, anxiety, nightmares, etc. Traumatic memories are stored differently in our brain that is why oftentimes they are so vivid.

I have been a counselor for 8 years. Recently I moved from Austin to beautiful Boise where I started my practice under the name North End Counseling LLC. I am looking forward to working with clients living in Boise and surrounding areas.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and opened my practice recently in Boise under the name of North End Counseling LLC. I practiced in Austin, Texas before where I lived for 16 years. I am originally from Poland.
