Pine Island Taxi & Limousine

Very disappointing experience with Pine Island Taxi today. I have used them for the past 10+ years for my vacation pickup. Today when I ask for a much shorter trip since I am traveling into the area the night before and using Über that evening, they were no longer available to help us. I guess they were offended by the use of Über. So I will not use Pine Island Taxi again.

March 2015 weather bad, planes late, ferry running late. Pine Island Taxi was there for me and my family. The reservationist who answered my call @ the airport and my driver were exceptional. The person on the other end of the phone called Publix to make sure my groceries were held and made sure the ferry knew we were on the way although my plane was late. I’ve never been treated like this before… Best customer service ever. Thanks Dave & Lisa for taking care of us.

I just wanted to make sure and post a review about the «above and beyond» service I received from Pine Island Taxi” last week.
I was experiencing some major computer connectivity issues during my ride from the Ft Myers Airport to meet our scheduled ferry at Pineland Marina for a week on North Captiva with my family.
Not only did Carol, the exceptional driver, care enough to ask about my issue, she literally dorve me all over Ft Myers looking for a computer store that could help me.
When that failed, she and her staff graciouisly allowed me to use one of the computers at their office.
This saved me a huge amount of work-​related stress during my vacation!
Their human concern sets them apart from any typical taxi service.
Would go out of my way to use them.

My wife and I arrived an hour late at Fort Myers airport. It was 11pm and we were tired and cranky. We had an hour ride ahead of us to Pine Island. Our driver made us forget about our long day of a Planes, Trains and Automobiles-​like travel.
He was pleasant and made the long ride fly by. I would definitely recommend this service.
