Brad was phenomenal and funny! He was prompt and did a fantastic job on our bedroom carpets. We have a puppy that happened to «pee» in a few spots and we wanted to make sure that it was completely removed, smell and all, and it was! It was a pleasure dealing with such a great guy! We gave TST a call after experiencing a water incident after we had just moved into our new house. Our main line was clogged, then overflowed, and damaged a bedroom’s carpet and baseboards. After having failed to get the original plumber (before we moved in) out to our house to fix his shoddy plumbing job and help with the water damage, we gave TST a call. Brad was willing to come out immediately which was late in the evening, but we waited for first thing in the morning.
I’ve never encountered a water situation like this so I wasn’t exactly aware of what needed to be done. Fortunately, Brad was very knowledgeable, walked us through the steps, and provided logical solutions without breaking the bank. (We received one other estimate that was outrageous so very glad we used common sense to pass on it.)
He helped get the placed dried and cleaned up in a just a few days with his machines. Additionally, Brad was very polite and easy to coordinate with. I would definitely recommend him to help you out especially in emergencies.

Brad did a great job on our carpeting and furniture. He also gave us an honest opinion on cleaning our oriental rugs. He was concerned about taking on the cleaning job and actually took one of them to an Oriental rug dealer to get an opinion. Turns out he was right on; the rugs could have been damaged with his cleaning process. We truly appreciate the great cleaning job he did and the extra care he took in making sure our oriental rugs received the proper care.
Honesty, on time service and reasonable prices, what more could you ask for.

I tried TST Cleaning basesd on the Unilocal reviews. As soon as he saw the spots on the carpet he said «We don’t do call backs» Sure enough the spots reappeared as it dried. Stanley Steamer at least comes back and tries to get the spots out.
