Came here to get some delicious caffeine on our nearly two hour drive home… Did not disappoint. I’ve been here in the past and received lackluster coffee but whoever is working tonight(Thursday night feb 25/Feb 26 midnight) deserves a raise. We’ve hit up plenty of coffee stands and no one has nailed a breve like she just did also she was super duper sweet and gave our puppy a cookie :) 10⁄10 will recommend because of her. Wish we would have asked for her name!

This is my favorite coffee stop! No burnt tasting coffee here. They’ll make your coffee right, each and every time. Love this place!

I recently moved to Bonney Lake so I was pretty excited to find a BFJ so close by. I ordered the blended abominable white mocha of course and well it wasn’t blended properly. There were chunks of ice. Wasn’t frothy and smooth like I’m used to at the Renton location. Although the flavor was good. I felt it wasn’t made properly. Service was fast and the barista was sweet. I’ll probably come back and get try it again.

I love Bigfoot Java at every location except Bonney Lake. I keep giving them second chances because bonney lake doesn’t have any good coffee places, but this location seems to mess up my order everytime, and we don’t even order complicated drinks! Once time we ordered a black drip coffe, and they added cream and sugar when we said no, and another time the barista asked me what my drink was as she was handing it to me and acted surprised as I said what my drink should have been. Most of the mistakes come from a specific girl that we try to avoid at all cost.

The employees are very rude. Every visit it seems like i am an inconvience that i am there. Just very uncomfortable to go somewhere you are unwanted

Terrible location! No room for multiple cars, long ass wait, girls are not anywhere near a cash register and must run back and forth. Slow service and coffee was not up to Auburn Java standards. Get on it gals.

Probably my favorite Big Foot location. I recently moved so I don’t get to frequent this location as much, but I love it none the less. I might make more of an effort to come to this one since the one more convenient to my house isn’t any good.

I am currently sitting stuck between two cars for a half hour without being able to get out, the other window has been helped more. She asked me my drinks when I finally got up there and when I told her them she told me to stop so she could write them down. After telling her three drinks she came back with two. Then had me taste mine(blended green tea with peppermint and a shot of white coffee) a drink I get all the time at auburn big foot, absolutely disgusting. I changed our drink order and she brought me a credit slip for $ 4.35 for 3 drinks, I didn’t correct her because I was beyond irritated at this point. She had served more of the other window before serving the one facing the road. I am a very loyal customer to the girls in Auburn at Bigfoot and never have I ever had such horrible slow service and I work in a busy/fast paced bar. If I ever gave service like I got tonight you could bet I wouldn’t have a job, so you guys can thank Kathleen for losing a customer and I can guarantee I’m not the only one who won’t be going back.

The coffee is great but the gals do not have a sense of urgency at all. I understand if you’re not busy but when the line is wrapped around the parking lot speed it up ladies.

The coffee was great. My only complaint about their service was so poor. I have been there 2 times with 2 diferent ladies. They seemed very serious. No greetings, no smiling. Disappointed!!!

I love coffee. I’m one of those snobs who would describe a cup of Starbucks as dirty, stale«coffee» filter drippings. I think adding sugar to an already perfect beverage(coffee) is like…(C’mon, I need a smart ass analogy here…) it’s like ruining a perfectly good bowl of chili with too much capsaicin oil ;) I ordered an Americcano with 3 shots of espresso. It was very good. Surprising for a chain shop. The coffee was roasted consistently for a deep flavor and a long finish. Mmm~ the milk was steamed and blended in creating a marriage of bold flavor. It did contain much more caffeine than a nearly 100 lb person needs… Watch out if you can’t hold your caffeine. The service was meh. Not bad, not good. Not fast, not too slow. Kinda phony barista with too much makeup and hair spray.(health code violation?) Price was average/high. I think hubby paid too much for his chai tea.(Like $ 3.75 or something.)

This is my favorite place to get coffee in Bonney Lake. Sure, Starbucks has music, pastries, & ambience but the customer service and product quality at Bigfoot is top notch. The baristas get it right every time and always have a smile and some good conversation. Brewed coffee, americano, latte, you name it they won’t disappoint. You can even get a 32 oz. drink if it’s gonna be a long drive.
