I have been a Notary Public for 15+ years certified through www​.123no​tary​.com, ANS have been background checked and have completed hundreds of document signings for a wide range of clients, including Loan Signing Packages (Deeds of Trust, Warranty Deeds), Powers of Attorney, Wills, Affidavits, Contracts, Rental/​Lease Agreements, Title Documents, Paternity Affidavits and other documents.
