After working for a less than honest business that didn’t treat their employees with the respect they deserved we decided to venture off and create our own business that provides service at an affordable and straight forward price and on time service. We had a great, no pressure experience when Matt and Brandon came to clean out our air vents. They opened the vents, showed me all of the dust, and then led me down to the furnace which they opened and showed me that it was also very dirty, they recommended a cleaning of the furnace but again, there was no sales pressure at all. We did decide to clean the furnace as well. The pricing was fair, and the company was very professional. I would recommend this company to family and friends, and we will be using them in the future when we clean out our vents again in a few more years.

I originally met Brandon and Matt at a Puyallup Home Improvement Show. The quote they gave me for the work I needed done, was the same when they reached my home. They let me know all the services they could provide, and didn’t pressure me into any of them. They respected my home, showed me what they were doing along the way and made me feel very cared about as customer. These guys are NOT a bait and switch outfit. We scheduled an appointment to have our furnace and duct work cleaned at the Everett Home Show. I clean my electronic filter regularly, but they showed me how much «dirt» gets by the filter. I almost felt sorry for the crew, as this was the first real cleaning of the system in 20 years! They are prompt, professional, and efficient. They explained the service, gave us options, and didn’t pressure us into anything we chose not to do.
As a side note: We are all breathing easier now. It seems as though the «seasonal allergies» are reduced for the entire family.

Brandon and Matt are true professionals. They explained everything before starting the job. They are very knowledgeable and do not try to up sell. My husband was suffering from dust and (previous owner) cat allergies every time the heater kicked on. Since the cleaning, he is sleeping 100% better! I would highly recommend West Coast Power Vac!

Matt and Brandon are top notch guys! They both were very professional and showed up on time. They explained and disclosed all the details regarding their vent cleaning services. No hidden costs and serviced my furnace and were honest about the condition. I was thrilled to hear mine is good for another few years!

I just had Matt and Brandon out at my house and they were great. They arrived on time and completed the work as scheduled. I had my ducts, furnace, and dryer vent cleaned (my house is about 1700 sq ft), all in about 1 hour. They explained the entire process to me when they arrived so I understood how it was all going to work. Plus, they were flexible in how they approached the job in order to keep our cats and dog from being traumatized. Very professional team. I highly recommend them.

Met West Coast Power Vac at the WA State Fair. They were having a special on air duct cleaning and so we scheduled an appt later in the week.
They showed up promptly and stuck to their quote (word) on price. When they come to the house they inspect things and show you what you have going on. If you «choose» to have those things cleaned you can. They wrote up a cost list of items I «could» do if I wanted. I originally planned to only have vents and intakes cleaned. I added on dryer vent and furnace after I saw the crud that was inside.
It was so refreshing to have a company NOT haggle me to do more items. Sure I could have done a lot more, but I chose to only have done what was needed. They said ok and kept on working. Thank you making this a good experience.
I recommend these guys to other people looking for good quality work at a good price WITHOUT the haggling

Really competent, nice company. I had a groupon (or something or other), and they went over details carefully. I signed up for more than what was on the groupon after talking about what we wanted and what the costs were for the various services, and they didn’t try to hard-​sell.
They didn’t take that long, but still did a complete and efficient job of it. I would recommend them without reservation

We met them at the Puyallup Fair and they gave us a discount and competitive pricing. My ducts have not been cleaned in at least three years since I have lived here. I basically got the full package deal and a few of the extras they offer. They serviced and cleaned my Air Exchanger/​Furnace (a Trane), cleaned the gunk out of my heat pump, and also cleaned and sanitized my ducts and dryer vent.
They did this all in less than two hours. My house feels cleaner and I have less to dust! When I looked at the filter they replaced after the duct cleaning, I saw a lot of brownish gunk, mold, and also chunks of drywall. I was breathing that stuff in for three years.!! I am glad to say I can take a breath of fresh air and not even have to step outside thanks to these guys!
