I have been a certified personal trainer for over 11 years now. Helping people of all walks of life in their personal fitness goals. The majority of my clients come to me for motivation and accountability, they stay for the success of my program. Simply put, it works! I will take you to a place in your fitness journey that you never thought possible. I am a runner with several races under my belt from 5k-​marathon. Currently training for the Carlsbad half marathon as well as fundraising for the Susan G. Komen race for the Cure in Balboa Park next month, where several of my clients will take part in their first 5k.
