Jump On In

We love this place. I have 3 boys and we’ve been coming here for years. We’ve also had birthday parties here. The place is super clean, rooms are big, lots of inflatables and other things to choose from like air hockey, fuse ball etc. The staff is very attentive, nice, helpful and makes sure the kids are playing safely. Great value at $ 10.00 for open jumps. No charge for parents. Love the slide, trampoline basketball and giant bounce house the best!!!

Just had my daughter’s 3^rd bday party here last weekend. Great staff, very clean, very organized, and the kids (and some adults) had a blast! They even brought the gifts to our car! Laura (owner/​operator) was a pleasure to work with and made the party planning a piece of cake. Thank you, Jump On In!

This place is fantastic! We are new to the area and since my 10 old son’s birthday was in Sept. we invited the whole class for jumping fun with pizza and ice cream cake (sort of a birthday/​get to know you party). The staff was great and the place was spotless!
I first visted the facility and then I saw a review from 4 years ago. Well I can’t speak for that person who wrote the review, but it was not like they described. Oh, one more thing, I think I would have spent more money having party at home, not to mention the ease of not having to clean up!

One of the latest franchise inflatable jumping facilities. They mostly do parties. But also offer «open jumps» where anyone can come play for admission.
For open jumps, they are bit disorganized. We’ve been more than once and each time, they’ve had people angry because they advertise the open jumps on the website, sell out (50 is capacity apparently) but don’t let anyone know, nor update the phone greeting or website. They don’t return voice mails and so basically you have take a gamble to see if there will be space and show up at the scheduled open jump session.
Open jumps are 1.5 hours and supposed to be $ 10 each kids. $ 8 each if you have more than one child. But again, due to disorganization, each time we’ve had to pay $ 20 instead of the $ 16 as advertised (2 kids, $ 8 each when you have multiple kids from same family). You also need to sign a waiver. Don’t forget your kids’ socks either. They need socks to play. Parents are free. There are several ikea plastic chairs along the walls. They purell (is that a verb? but I’m sure you know what I mean) every kids who goes into the facility.
The facility itself is clean. There are two large rooms. The first has a basketball cage with trampoline base. Another unit with two horizontal ladders on a swivel, which is basically impossible for anyone to do successsfully without parental support stabilizing the base. A standard square jumping castle, a tall inflatable slide and finally a large obstacle course which has two mirrored paths on the left and right, ending on a common slide back to the front.
The second room has an air hockey table, Foosball, a smaller obstacle course for toddlers, a baseball batting cage where the ball is held up by a stream of air (think invisible t-​ball stand), and a finally a large bouncer with basketball hoops around the circular side walls.
You’re free to go between the two rooms during open jumps. I believe birthday parties do one room at a time and switcheroo at some point so they can accommodate 2 parties at a time.
There’s the standard, if generic/​sterile party room for birthday parties. Bathrooms are clean. The facility is a «new construction» type facility.
They blast music loudly in the rooms — loud enough since it has to be louder than the blowers for the inflatables.
They have staff that are usually high-​school age that man the bouncers. Sometimes they go in and play and have fun with the kids, others are completely disengaged and don’t even stay at their stations so some rides go unmanned. So if you’re a parent, it means you might want to follow your kids around so they don’t get hurt, etc.
Sweet spot for kids would probably by 3 – 7 years old.
Good active fun for kids, especially during bad weather or cold winter days. Just make sure you’re «on the list» for the open jumps before heading out.
