Had the Sunday morning breakfast buffet. There was good coffee — the foundation of the morning meal! My friend got the Eggs Benedict(which are made to order) and they looked amazing. I stuck to the regular buffet items and had scrambled eggs, sausage patties, fried potatoes and a biscuit. Everything was nicely cooked, fresh, and hot. Friendly service too — the waitress made sure our coffee cups were always full. Definitely coming back!

I hear they have won awards for their chowders but they do a base and add the meats. The fish chowder had huge pieces of fish instead of the simmered all day bits co mingled with the other flavored. I was disappointed. I like chowder to be thick and substantial not thin like soup.

Had dinner at Mr D’s tonight. Food excellent, service great. Are in other places in Booth Bay but if we had stopped here first would not have. Try it you won’t be disappointed.

Just the worst breakfast buffet you can imagine. Eggs Benedict were like chicken gravy on soggy muffins. The rest of the offerings were greasy or dried out. The tables were sticky. Kind of reminded me of army food in the 60’s at the mess hall.
