Sherry needs to be fired… she’s garbage… running the bar into the ground… spending someone else’s money… she’s rude… disrespectful…and the bartenders have seen better days
…I would pass on this bar… not worth your time or money… one urinal is out of order in the men’s bathroom… and no door on the only stall in the men’s bathroom… and dead bugs everywhere… on the floor… not a big fan of dead bugs in general.

I tried this place first time today for lunch. I am not from Boring, just randomly went to this place to get a bite to eat. The food was really good. They make their own chili and it was delicious. Not spicy but great flavor. All the food was good and tasted fresh. Service was really good and fast. Very friendly staff. If you haven’t tried this place, I encourage you too. I am from Oregon City. Wish it was closer but will remember it when I am in the Boring area.

Like Sherry N’s review, I was also at I Don’t Know’s «grand opening» night on 11⁄7. And yeah, they were super busy while we were there… good for them! But having personally been around all three people working the bar, I can assure you these are professional bar peeps, and IDK is and will be a fun place to stop.
Kind of a funky setup with the bar/​tables area, but a good amount of space. And Mark (owner and DJ) has his music/​dancing area where you can cut whatever sort of rug you please.
We didn’t eat, but saw some good looking «pub grub» coming from the kitchen.
Certainly not in our immediate neighborhood, but if I were in Gresham or coming back from Mt. Hood, but would be a natural stop.

Horrible service. You stand at the bar 20 minutes and they walk right past you. They have no clue on what they are doing. Plus they were out of everything by 11pm. Will not be back until they hire decent help.

Great place to hang out and meet new people. Mark Knight the owner is great and really knows how to treat his customers right. Come on out this Friday night November 7th for the grand opening!!!
