Excellent oil change service, I asked about some other things and they were very efficient and very knowledgeable about my Audi. I will be bringing it back here for more involved service when I need it, their prices are so much more reasonable than the Audi dealer.

I didn’t have to wait long for my car to be repaired. I been here a few times and Tom and his assistant helped me ASAP. First time, I got my engine mounts installed. Second time I went, I got my front axles replaced. Other times I come for fluid changes like engine, transmission, brakes, etc etc. The price is also reasonable! Thankss!

Great auto shop with fair pricing for work. I bring my cars to Tom at SLK when I don’t have time to work on them myself without any worries. He is pretty knowledgeable with asian and european cars, listens and answers any questions you have, and treats your car as if it was his own. I have never had to return
twice for something he has repaired and he always gets the work done in a reasonable amount of time.
I have recommended a lot of my friends to Tom at SLK and they have always received the same pleasant experience as myself.

A friend told me about this shop and I had them fix my truck after an auto accident that practically demolished the front passenger side. It was repairable and they did a great job replacing everything. They told me about some things my previous auto shop had done wrong (I don’t remember everything but the thing that really pissed me off was my previous shop couldn’t even put the battery in properly…)
They caught an issue with my transmission timing belt (if they hadn’t caught it the belt would have snapped and blown the engine resulting in a total loss). Tom and the guys are honest and tell you what’s wrong and what needs to be fixed.
A friend of mine brought his car to them after mentioning them a bunch of times. He went there thinking he would have to have the transmission replaced (which his last shop had said needed to be done) but it turned out to not be as bad as that. They replaced some parts but the work was not as costly as he had originally been told. He was very happy with the results.

These guys are the best in the business. I’ve taken my car here twice, and had an excellent experience both times. Tom, the head honcho, is an honest guy who won’t sift through your wallet; he’s straightforward and thorough in his service. The guys who work with him are just the same.

Tom took such great care of my car. Yes the job was tedious but it was done the right way which should be the only way in my opinion (my old shop did not agree with me and suggested a hack job because they were lazy. err no thanks). SLK’s shop is clean (clean bathroom for my fellow ladies!) and I never felt pressured.

I come here for regular checkups like changing brakes and oil changes. Tom is so fast and efficient as he pays attention to detail and also does other diagnostics just in case something broke that I didn’t notice. Very professional.

This is a new place and I was reluctant to try it since mechanics like to think they can rip off all females. Tom was willing to explain everything to me and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of fixtures that I don’t even need. He’s very professional and is fair on prices. This will be where I will come to fix both of my cars from now on!
It’s a convenient location that is right off of the Prospect Expressway — 11^th ave. exit. The shop itself is big and spacious with a waiting area and a water cooler. They have a big lot, so you can’t miss it. A big plus for me was that they have a clean bathroom! It helps when you’re the gender that needs to sit on the toilet to pee. Props to them for keeping the bathroom clean and female friendly!
Overall a good experience to fix my car. I would definitely come back and I would recommend it to friends and family. It’s hard to find mechanics lately that aren’t trying to grab you by the feet, turn you upside down, and shake you for all your $$$. Ask for Tom, he seems to be the one in charge and knows what he’s talking about.
