In 1984, McNeer Electrical Contracting, Inc. opened its doors for business. From its humble beginning, McNeer Electrical Contracting, Inc. has grown to be one of the largest non-​union contractors in Northwest Louisiana.

McNeer Electrical Contracting, Inc. resume of electrical work is extensive and includes, national and corporate service accounts, maintenance contracts, residential, commercial and light industrial. We take pride in each and every aspect of our work, from service work to electrical projects. Our size allows us the capability to provide services to a wide variety of customers from the home-​owner to the business owner. We bid both public and private work with a bonding capacity of well over two million dollars. We specialize in design build and negotiated jobs with success and satisfaction as our goal.

History

Established in 1984.

In 1984, McNeer Electrical Contracting, Inc. opened its doors for business. From its humble beginning, McNeer Electrical Contracting, Inc. has grown to be one of the largest non-​union contractors in Northwest Louisiana. In June of 2000, the owner and founder of McNeer Electrical Contracting, Inc. Curtis McNeer passed away. Mr. McNeer had established a firm foundation of hard-​working electricians and office personnel, that allowed the company not only to survive, but succeed. In 2003, two long-​time employees, Dayne Waxley and Johnny Barbo, bought the company with the commitment to succeed and continue the tradition of hard work, integrity and a solid commitment to do the job right.
