I am a Certified Reiki Master Practitioner, Life & Health Coach and an Oncology Certified Licensed Esthetician who has been practicing Complimentary & Alternative therapies for 15 years in private practice, wellness centers, and hospitals throughout Massachusetts.

As a graduate of Suffolk University, Boston, with a Bachelors in Business Management I acquired the skills which allowed me to successfully serve as Consultant assisting with the start-​up and new business development of several local Health and Wellness facilities simultaneously maintaining my private practice.

Over the years I have had the honor of working side by side with some of Boston’s finest Doctors, Nurses, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Massage Therapists, Nutritionists, Energy Workers and Estheticians. I have served on the Reiki team at the Dana Farber/​Brigham & Women’s Cancer Center and for the American Cancer Society treating cancer residents and their families at The Boston Hope Lodge.

As someone new to Reiki, I went not really knowing what to expect. To my pleasant surprise, Beth warmly greeted me at the door, allaying any apprehension with this new experience, and welcomed me in to her cozy space. She thoroughly and thoughtfully explained Reiki and what I might expect to experience during the process. Her messages and insights afterward are nothing short of amazing. I came to her feeling unclear and uncertain. I left feeling clear, exuberant and ready to take on the world. If you are remotely interested, curious or hedging about Reiki, I highly recommend seeing her.

Beth was amazing. I don’t know where to start but I can confidently say she met and exceeded all expectations I had. I have left the appointments feeling so calm and peaceful and with peace of mind. I’ve gone to two reiki sessions with her so far and they have been incredible. Not only do I physically feel better after by having a sense of calmness and comfort but she gives such powerful advice and makes statements that have really changed the way I view things. Beth is a life changer! My boyfriend and I have been going to her for both reiki and life coaching sessions. I’ve been searching for someone or something to help me with what I’ve been struggling with. I booked a 60 minute reiki — I had never done it before. The second I met Beth she was open, accepting, and so kind! She tapped into what I was feeling and what was hurting me. I’ve gone to multiple therapists but no one could give me such good advice and calming words like Beth. She kept me way over the 60 minutes just speaking to me, not like therapists that are constantly looking at the clock. I can’t wait to go back and see her again! Beth is absolutely amazing! I have only had 2 sessions with her, but already notice such a dramatic difference in my life. In addition to being incredibly sweet and extremely knowledgeable (this was my first Reiki treatment), she was unbelievably insightful. Before the end of the first session, she had picked up on things only my closest friends and family members know about me and was able to translate some of that into great tips.
I began seeing her for anxiety which has been greatly reduced, but I have also noticed a huge change in many other areas of my life as well. My family keeps telling me that I have been in such a positive place since I have started seeing Beth and even my friends have noticed a huge change in my outlook.

I had my first Reiki session with Beth and it was more than I expected. I was recommended to go to Reiki to help heal past memories and to help me deal with anxiety and depression. Beth listened to my situation and why I was there. I felt heard and support from the very beginning… then she explained how the session was going to be.
At the end she told me what she felt and gave me some pointers to improve my situation. Then I told her what I felt and she explained what it meant.

Beth at 7 on Centre is an amazing wellness practitioner. I have had 3 sessions with her and each one was a unique and wonderful experience. I’ve had reiki before but never like this. I met Beth 14 or so years ago and was a skeptic about the powers of Reiki. Beth changed my mind and life completely and I became a true believer. I would like to actually give Beth 7 stars! I have only had reiki one other time and was not expecting such an amazing and healing experience. I came in all scattered and depleted and after an hour, I left feeling solid, clear, and peaceful. Beth made me feel completely at ease during the session. She is an extraordinarily gifted channeler. Her feedback on my energy afterwards was so eye opening that I felt like she had known me for years, not minutes — and she delivered the feedback in a very nurturing way. Before I left, she gave me a little takeaway advice, which I can work into my daily life, so helpful! I can’t recommend her highly enough.
