Amazing Cleaning Services

These guys are really amazing, that’s true! I found them at Amazon Local website offering some sort of discount for their cleaning. I sent them e-​mail and told them what I need to be cleaned. First thing that really annoyed me is that they replied like what I ask money from rather than offering them money. Then they even didn’t reply to my e-​mail claiming later that they thought they did reply. Can you imagine that from respectful business?!
OK, then they said that they have to see my place to provide an estimate. I said that I’m available either in the morning or in the evening — and for morning time I gave a window until 9am. I decided, OK, I can stay a bit longer before leaving to work. Guess, what amazing guys answered? They said that they are available only in the middle of the day! Guys, I needed just one time cleaning — that’s it! I don’t want to see you multiple times. Moreover, I don’t want to take a day off because of your availability — I’d better spend it with my family and find another cleaning company!
We ended up with amazing response how much my cleaning would cost without visiting my place — $ 250. And that is after we agreed that I pay everything in cash rather than purchasing voucher from Amazon Local. I know, that number doesn’t say anything without looking at the scope of the work to be done. But what clearly explains everything are the prices provided by other two companies who really want the job and money — $ 150 from one company and $ 100 from another!
That’s the end of the story, and that perfectly explains how amazing these guys are. As a conclusion, I’d like to advise amazing guys that they are not unique on the market. It is another way around, actually: there are millions of other much more amazing guys who not only ready to fight to get the job, but also responsive and offer competitive prices. So adjust your appetites, throw off the crown from your head and start doing your work nicely!

I had a bad experience with a coupon company, but good experience so far with a cleaning service/​company itself. They are on time, accommodate my schedule, the people working there now are fabulous (one or two bad ones have left from what I understand). So, all and all the house is clean and 3 people can do it pretty fast. Carlos, the owner is very nice, polite and knows his business.

I have to update my review. We no longer use Amazing Cleaning b/​c the last couple times they were here, they didn’t do as thorough a job as they did in the past. They also kept emailing and calling to make last minute changes to the scheduled time, which is hard b/​c my husband and I both work and can’t change our schedules at the drop of a hat. I was very disappointed the last time they were here… it seemed like a really rushed job. In the past they have cleaned the bathroom mirrors, but this last time, one of the bathroom mirrors was not done. To clean off spaces, they moved things off countertops, but then did not put them back in the proper place so my husband and I were left looking for things (like his glasses which he needs!) for a long time before realizing they were in another room or on another table.
The staff is very friendly and nice, I will say, but I think they have taken on more clients than they can properly service at this point. I wish they would put quality over quantity. Since we were only getting serviced once a month, we started to wonder if we were ‘lower priority’ customers compared with people who have their homes cleaned more often.

I’m still not convinced this company isn’t a scam. I just looked for them on the better business bureau and couldn’t find them. otherwise I would have lodged a complaint. We first heard about them from the ‘living social’ website, where they offered a coupon, here: (
). I guess the trick is that once you’ve already paid for the coupon they figure they don’t need to work for that money anymore. We tried calling them to make an appointment 3 times. The second time I called, someone did pick up. but I felt like a telemarketer bothering him at home. The call ended with him telling me he would call back later, which he never did. When I called back a few days later I got someone else who was just as unprofessional. Honestly, didn’t have a good feeling letting these people into my house so I just gave up on them. Living social is tricky to get a refund from, so these guys made out just fine. getting my money with no service rendered. Yes. Amazing (now i get it)

I found Amazing Cleaning Services back in July 2013 and they have been cleaning my home biweekly since then. I’ve had nothing but wonderful service and communication with Carlos.
A team of two tackle my home and always leave it sparkling clean and smelling wonderful. Carlos and his team are dog friendly. My dogs roam loose in the house (staying out of their way for the most part).
Carlos calls or texts if they are running late.
I recommend American Cleaning Services to anyone looking for a great cleaning service at an affordable price.

Don’t waste your money this company does terrible work! BUYERS BEWARE!
I bought a Living Social coupon for this company and should have known when I tried to book an appointment they were not a good company. I booked an appointment a few weeks ahead and I didn’t hear from them so I called to confirm the night before and the person says sorry they can’t make it so we reschedule for a few weeks later. Not when I needed it but I figured I should use it.
They arrive and I have gotten the house picked up and ready for the cleaners including leaving out fresh linens for each bed. They got right to cleaning so I thought but not much was done well. The bathroom floor was still flithy in one bath, garbage was left under a trash can in one bed room, things were left all over my unmade bed that weren’t put back in the right place, toilets not clean and then they refused to change the linens.
The coupon was linked to their web site where it clearly stated linens changed when requested. They were finishing up, in about 2 hours 2 people to clean 2500 sq. ft. that included 2 ½ baths which was much less then it takes other cleaner so I knew things weren’t going well. I mentioned the beds were included in the services listed on the coupon I bought and even showed the woman where it was stated and she just ignored me.
Then I was going through the house and said there was trash it one room and pointed out several on the other issues in their cleaning and the woman just stood there and then turned around and left.

This is a terrible cleaning service. I do not live in the area and have to trust what is done until i get to see the service provided myself. Maria made an appointment for me right away and made me pay her right away too. I asked her to clean only two small bathrooms, a small kitchen, and an entry hall way. When I went to see the townhouse 5 days later, the stove was not clean, the tub did not looked like it was touched, the toilet was still dirty and all the sinks had dust and dirt all over them. I asked her what she cleaned and she said she cleaned the floors. I asked her about the freezer and she said since the fridge was on (in an empty house/​fridge), that she could not clean the freezer. That I needed to have this off, yet she did not tell me this ahead of time. I called her to complain about the house not being clean and told her I had pictures of nothing being clean. She said there is nothing she can do for me and then hung up on me twice. She is thief and I would never recommend her to my friends. Everyone else that I do business with for my house has done it professionally even though I am not there. I am very disappointed with how everything still looks dirty and at the rudeness of her attitude after she got paid.

My husband and I bought a Living Social voucher for their services and
had it redeemed today. The house is typically very clean but I wanted to spruce it up for the holidays.
The deal was advertised for cleaning a house up to 3000 sq. ft. (ours
is 2500) and worth $ 250. I expected that it would take a couple of
hours and a thorough job would be done.
I came home today and was extremely disappointed. Here are some of
the problems:
–carpets were not all vacuumed
–dust on windowsills
–not all blinds or baseboards were cleaned
–not all countertops were cleaned
–a picture frame was broken (and my husband was never notified)
–the team was in and out in just under an hour
For a $ 250 value, I would have expected a much more professional job.
I will be contacting Living Social about my disappointment in this
service. We were hoping to find a cleaning company to come to our
house every other week, but we cannot give our business to this
company based on the way our house was cleaned.
