Bank of America

Great Bank, super friendly, helpful and I just wanted to give a shout out because I am sure they dont get a lot of appreciation from customers with their jobs, but the tellers are great here at this location!

I’ve never been a fan of Bank of America mainly due to previous negative experiences and poor company policies. However, I have never had a problem with this branch. The service is always prompt and courteous and the employees have never had a problem processing my transactions. For that, I’ll give them five stars.

Great bank with great service. Lines alaways move quickly. Transactions always processed quickly. Tellers are always courteous. The greeter can be a bit over bubbly, but she’s just trying to be friendly (a bit too hard sometimes).
I do business at this bank at least once a month. Once I came in and had to see a peron at a desk, rather than a teller. I signed in and sat down. Waited for a very brief minute, did my business and when I was leaving, I was amazed that the greeter pronounced my name correctly when saying goodbye. I have a difficult name to pronounce and remember and it is a pretty rare event that someone can do this — tells me something about their attentiveness.
The on site investment advisor (Merryl Lynch employee) is also very good.
It’s always a pleasure to do business at this bank.
