Takes an astronomical amount of time to get anything done, while several staff members (sorry, «banking associates») stand about, as their areas of expertise seem to have nothing to do with your needs. I am serious, I saw three other customers there, and SEVEN staff members (not counting the security guard, obviously)!
Even so, two of the customers were asked to take a seat. Really?
