Have fun and get a great workout, whether you’re an athlete or a newbie, everyone will break a sweat in our outdoor bootcamp.

Classes meet at Fisique health club in the heart of downtown Boston and camp is held outdoors where you can enjoy a fantastic view while getting in shape.

All classes are taught by a certified personal trainer, we utilize body weight exercises, resistance bands, as well as fun and challenging cardio intervals so you can work at your own pace while pushing yourself to the next level with every workout.

UrbanRun Boston is a fun and exciting way to explore your city while getting a great workout. Runs are lead by a personal trainer and are held every Saturday at 9 A.M. Runs range from 1 to 3 miles and include workouts that utilize Boston’s unique structures.

Meet the Business Owner

Kelsey R.

Business Owner

Kelsey is the owner and lead instructor of Boston’s Bootcamp. She spent most of her time growing up at the ice rink as a competitive figure skater. Kelsey competed for years, training at the Skating Club of Boston. She is a double Gold test skater and a former member of the U. S National and World Synchronized skating team.

After retiring from competitive figure skating she began coaching both on and off the ice. She created «Skater Sculpt», an off ice figure skating inspired workout which was featured in «Skating» magazine. She founded Prescott Valley Figure Skating Club as well as two successful bootcamps in Arizona.

She has trained a wide variety of clients, from nationally and internationally ranked athletes, college and high school athletes as well as those looking to just get in shape, lose weight, or build muscle. She received her personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

She attends law school here in Boston in the off season.
