Brown & Wagner is the creation of President Kevin Brown, who has a diverse & successful background spanning over three decades, providing guidance to the tenant & landlord community, 33 of those years in Downtown Boston. He has completed over 11 million sf of transactions to over 1600 organizations during that time.

Prior to founding Brown & Wagner, Kevin was Sr VP at Lincoln Property Company for 6 years, following a productive career of 24 yrs as Principal/​Sr VP of Peter Elliot & Co. Kevin is a 1977 graduate of Holy Cross College with a BA in history & member of the President’s Council of Holy Cross College.
