Meet the Business Owner

Steve T.

Business Owner

Steve is a CPA, MBA, has served as a Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of a public corporation trading on a national exchange. Steve has overseen finance functions, including accounting, controls, financial planning, reporting, tax, treasury, and Sarbanes-​Oxley compliance. He has raised funds in the capital markets, listed a company on a national exchange and has considerable experience interacting with shareholders, potential investors and investment banks. Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and holds a M.B.A. from Suffolk University. He is a veteran of the United States Navy and the Massachusetts Army National Guard.
