We are home inspectors, and we specialize in first time buyers, and people who may need extra help with explanations about how the different systems in a house work. We offer all the types of special tests that you may need including, radon testing, termite inspections, well water testing, and infra-​red thermal imaging. We offer language translation via computerized speech recognition system during inspections in many languages. Senior citizen and veteran discounts available.

History

Established in 2015.

I started inspecting homes as an associate inspector in 2003. I became a full inspector in 2004. Since that time I have completed hundreds of hours of continuing education credits to keep up with all the important changes to construction and new products. I complete hundreds of inspections per year, but each one is important, so I give each client all the time they need.

Business Owner

Jim is a highly experienced home inspector who began inspecting homes in 2003 as an associate, and became a full inspector in 2004. Prior to becoming an inspector Jim had been a contractor and worked in the construction field as a project manager, consultant and business manager for nearly 30 years. He is very thorough, and will take the time to answer all your questions about the home you are buying.
