Columbus & Over Group (COG) exists to help our clients discover solutions to real estate challenges in Boston’s South End and Back Bay. Our name pays homage to Columbus Avenue, the dividing line between these two premier Boston neighborhoods and to the explorer who found a «New World.»

We assist clients in the process of buying, selling or leasing luxury residential real estate in Boston. We enjoy working with foreign buyers to help them understand Boston’s local intricacies in addition to working with residents who have a firm grasp on what they want.

History

Established in 2014.

We created Columbus & Over to cater to sophisticated clients who want more from a real estate advisor. We recognize that with the state of technology anyone can search Zillow, Trulia or Redfin to identify real estate that meets their needs.

Our advisory approach aims to add value beyond the identification of an asset. We’re there to be your trusted advisor as you navigate what can be an arduous and frustrating process.

Meet the Business Owner

Jeff H.

Business Owner

Jeff’s real estate career began at CBRE, the world’s largest real estate services company. Serving in the Greater Boston industrial market, Jeff was recognized by industry research group Costar as a «Power Broker» in 2009, 2010 and 2011 before leaving CBRE to start Krash, a co-​living company for technology workers and entrepreneurs. Jeff launched 10 Krash facilities while creating a national, furnished housing platform which served more than 400 residents over the course of 18 months. Jeff has bought and sold residential real estate assets around Boston and has a deep passion for Boston and its amazing neighborhoods. He is a graduate of Davidson College and has an MBA from Babson College.
