My sandwich was cold, but tasted alright. Just wait until your plane lands and go to a real Cosi. I’m confused because a lot of the reviewers seem to think Cosi is a healthy food choice, it’s just less bad for you than some other airport options.

The manager reached out to me and he assured me that this will never happen again. I am glad to hear that this was another employees mistake and not their policy. The food is good there which is why I was going there often. But what happened to me left a bad impression. The manager assured me this is not their policy.

Low quality and high prices. Person making the sandwich dripped condiments into other condiments as he slopped together my sandwich. Added soup and was given the wrong soup. Asked for crackers and was told to get back in the line I came from and ask for them. Then she had to ring me up twice since she forgot my drink the first time. Honestly staff was nice just clearly had 0 training. In the end food was bad too.

As you might expect in an airport location, the quality of the EXPERIENCE was way sub-par to that of any experience I’ve had at non-airport Cosi locations. Luckily, being a large chain, the quality of the FOOD was consistent. The employees all looked like they were going to off themselves at any second, and the cashier nearly went into anaphylactic shock when I asked him to look up my Cosi rewards card using my phone number. Outside of the lack of smiles and the long wait time, I got what I expected. If you’re looking for consistent mediocrity a step above neighboring McDonald’s, Cosi is the place.

It looked like a healthy alternative from McDonalds and the villa pizza place. When I went to order the guy was too busy speaking to a coworker to really take my order. I actually interrupted him to order. I got a chicken parm, the chicken was still cold. In fear of getting some food poisoning I asked them to heat it up. Meanwhile another customer did the same. The chicken parm was still not very good and the bread tasted old and dry. Next time I’ll go to McDonald’s.

Didn’t like my experience; lady took part of my order and started to help another guest; had to wait to place the rest of my order but ended up leaving because it took too long to get my food; not a fan of the airport version of this; also they need more walking space and need to make the font size bigger for there menus. Hate it web it’s breakfast time and they still put the whole menu out? How does that make sense

A solid option in the airport. Pretty much like any other Cosi you’ve come across. Food was made in a jiffy, though, and was consistent with other locations. Sometimes familiarity is the best comfort food.

Reviewing a restaurant located in an airport terminal is a delicate process because standards are a bit lower in general, but I would not voluntarily choose Cosi again. The flatbread is made onsite right in front of you… but it’s only fine. The steak rounds are sliced as needed using a deli saw, and it’s passable but not enticing. The toppings seem fresh but scantly applied to the sandwich. I would rather go to Ufood or the adjacent pizza place even though its pizza looks greasy. Oh, and avoid the lattes… flavorless coffee and made by someone with no experience steaming milk.

I love nothing more than getting good food in an airport — mostly because air travel leaves me emotionally raw, and a good meal often helps to ameliorate that effect, but also because it’s so unexpected. Cosi was just such a pleasant surprise. The spinach florentine wrap was hot and tasty, as was the coffee. The service was quick and friendly. I have a new favorite spot at Boston Logan airport!

The best traveling food in Boston Eating healthy is just who I am. While I will cheat on occasion(my sister’s chocolate chip cookies) eating right is part of who I am. My biggest challenge is traveling. Not before I leave or after I get there, traveling. Plane food sucks. Most airport food sucks. Then there is Cosi. Breakfast I do oatmeal and fruit. lunch I make my own salad. And dinner I do the half and half thing with soup and a salad. Cosi is perfect. It travels easily, the container closes so I can take it on my flight. Cosi rocks!

10 minutes for 2 sandwiches which were very bland and very boring? I wish we had gone to Panda Express
