Business Owner

Attorney Christopher Coughlin is a former prosecutor who has helped hundreds of defendants charged in state and federal court. He handles a wide range of legal matters including: criminal defense, DUI defense, drug crimes, assault and battery, domestic assault, sexual assaults and rape, and other misdemeanors and felonies.

Attorney Coughlin has been lead counsel in over 100 trials. As a former Prosecutor with the Cape and Islands District Attorney’s Office, he tried more than 75 cases to verdict. His case assignments included misdemeanors (DUI, Assault and Battery, Larceny, Motor Vehicle Offenses, etc…) and felonies (Assault and Battery with Dangerous Weapons, Indecent Assault and Battery, Rape, and Drug related offenses).

Since leaving the District Attorney’s office, Attorney Coughlin has leveraged his experience as a former prosecutor to help hundreds of people charged with a crime. Call for a free consultation
