Cuppacoffee

Cute place! Feels like a mini escape from the city and busy intersection. Almond croissant and small coffee for $ 5.

Cuppa is hands down one of my favorite coffee locations in Boston. I recently moved work locations, and I’m *desperately* missing my daily Cuppa runs.
+ makes a phenomenal FLAT WHITE (not the Sbux crap knock-​off)
+ the mochas. hot or iced, they are outrageously good.
+ the meatpies. oh, the meat pies.
+ lamingtons, anzacs, and those spiced biscotti dipped in chocolate
+ awesome owner, kind and friendly employees
— this place is tiny, so it’s not really the kind of place you can sit down and work for several hours with friends. maybe that’s for the best though?
If you are in the area (either for the Garden or the North End, do stop by for a cuppa!)
Also, they validate 3 hours at Parcel 7*

This place is great, the people are very friendly, and the egg and cheese pie is delicious! The lambingtons are also amazing.

Tasty coffee and espresso. Great place if you’re missing a taste of Australia. If you haven’t ever had a flat white or meat pie, fix that. Here.

The pies are so bad. So bad. Convenient easy location and quick service but pies are overpriced, horrible tasting, slimy, too salty. Yuck. Save yourself the hassle go elsewhere. Even the super voting ABP is better than this

Having lived in Australia, I am a little biased… But this is the closest you’ll get to the beautifully crafted lattes of Oz in Boston, not to mention the meat pies and sausage rolls.
Heaps good, good on the owner for getting this place up and running and nailing Aussie décor.
I had a hazelnut latte which was delicious and a breath of fresh air from the marginal drinks you get from Starbucks. Also had a bacon, egg and cheese pie which was great but could have used some tomato sauce (which I failed to ask for).

Awesome little place with great service. I ordered a Chai Latte like I do at most places and they actually make it with a shot of espresso in it. It was awesome. Also had a cappuccino which was very good. When you’re here you can’t pass up the Dub either. We had a sausage roll and a minced beef, egg, and cheese pie that were both excellent.

Great lattes, wonderful service. And Aussie Charm. Located at the corner of Merrimack and New Chardon. Will come back.

I left the nearby court house in desperate need of good coffee when what should my wandering eyes appear, but the small and delightful Cuppacoffee. Don’t let its unimpressive stature fool you. What it lacks in size it makes up for in uniqueness and taste.
This coffee establishment as an Australian and New Zealand theme which offers a twist on the traditional American, and New England in particular, coffee offerings. I chose my staple of a non-​fat cappuccino, but had it with their «chocy powder», a chocolate flavored powder. It was utterly delicious, mate! Cuppacoffee also offers small, savory pies. The mince pie looks like perfect comfort food for any highly charge emotional time or for the day of recovery after a successful pub crawl night.
The women slinging these perfect caffeinated beverages and savory pies from the heavens above were utterly delightful. They informed me that the owner is looking at property for new locations, including Cambridge. This tickled me pink. After many years in my beloved neighborhood of Brighton I’ve jumped that muddy water to Somerville. I say to the owner: Bring on a Cambridge, or better yet, Somerville location. You already have one devoted customer.

Yummy coffee! and very convenient for those working in the area, for awhile they took the place of my Starbucks craving, and may be even better! Especially since they have good food and snacks!
However, if I’m not getting food along with coffee I usually don’t come in because I never have cash and there is a car minimum, personal problem. Otherwise I really like it!

Came here to reminisce about Aussie treats. I worked at an Australian coffee shop, so I’m not easy to please!
My flat white was perfection. The barista carefully pulled me a perfect shot, and the frothing was beautiful. I was very impressed. The price I paid was very fair for the craftsmanship involved.
Then there was the spinach roll… Omg. Not only was it authentic, it was one of the most delicious, flaky rolls that we have ever had. Next time we go, we’re getting more.

Small lil place with delicious meat pies. They reminded me of my mom’s baked savory pies – loved it!
Had a chai latte (with soy), and although it was sweeter than I am used to, I enjoyed the drink without difficulty.
Service was quick and friendly.

Legit the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had… Going back tomorrow before I head home in the morning. Wish this place was in Maine

Steak and mushroom pie was really good!!! Also the English toffee flavored coffee is a must-​try!

Great almond milk lattes and friendly service!

This place is very cute! It had a sports bar/​coffee shop kind of feel if that makes sense. It’s a small store with bar like seats near the windows. There were two female workers when I went in. They’re both very sweet. Recommended me a tea which I really enjoyed. I picked the selection off the green tea. I forgot the exact name but it’s something on the lines of Pearl Jasmine. I didn’t get coffee but it smelled amazing. Their pastry items looked delicious as well. I would definitely come back again! Give it a try :)

After being in Australia for several months, I was anxious to return to Boston and try Cuppacoffee. I finally got the chance last week.
I understand that the owner is from Sydney and has been living in Boston for 15 or so years, so I wasn’t surprised to find that the thing I liked best about Cuppacoffee was the theme. They really nailed it with the paraphernalia and Australian goods available (Tim Tams, pies, etc.). They also have table service, which is standard in just about every Australian restaurant and café.
That being said, I went in to grab an early dinner before catching a train at North Station and there were very few pies available at that point. The air conditioning was also surprisingly difficult to detect considering it was the middle of July and the interior is tiny.
I ended up ordering a bagel with cream cheese and a cappuccino. The cappuccino wasn’t great, but the price matched the quality. There was a very small amount of cream cheese included with the bagel, but everything considered, it was the bagel that was the highlight – it was filling and delicious. I found this extremely odd, considering bagels with cream cheese are hard to find in Oz. I suppose they aim to provide the best of both worlds!
Final word: this place beats Dunkin’ Donuts in terms of charm and quality, but I wouldn’t say it’s the kind of place one would want to come and relax. I bet it’s quite crowded in the morning, but I am also sure that their pie selection would have been better if I had come earlier in the day. For me, it was just fun to revisit Australia via this Boston café.

Since I’m suddenly all about coffee (thanks, work), we absolutely needed to find somewhere good to get our fix every morning of our trip. This place was right down the street from our hotel so we checked it out and I’m glad we did, because it ended up being our go-​to all week.
It’s really tiny, so I can’t imagine what the morning rush must be like. It wasn’t too bad late morning when we went, though, so there were only a few people there. The staff was always really friendly. And the coffee of course was excellent. We had iced coffee every morning since it was hot as balls, and it was super refreshing. We also had some of their muffins which were incredibly good. I usually have blueberry but they didn’t have any one of the days, so I got the corn muffin which was exactly like corn bread. And who doesn’t love corn bread? If you eat it there, they give it to you on a plate. How cute!
It was odd to find an Australian place in the middle of Boston but hey, coffee was good, people were good and the muffins were good so it’s all gravy, baby! Next time in in Boston, I’m definitely coming back here.
