This is the same as most Dunkin donuts. Haven’t had there coffee but I’m sure it’s ok. Bagels are super tiny two of them might be equal to a normal sized bagel. Service was fast for the food but the cashier was rude.

This place continues to go down hill. 25 – 30 people during the morning rush and only two registers open again. If you don’t want your franchise sell it to someone who would operate it right.

I always dread going to this place because I KNOW the service is going to be horrible. The wait staff is super slowwww! If someone is making coffees and running the register and then another emoloyee is doing something in the sandwiches area. Even if the line was out the door the sandwich employee will not stop the useless task he is doing to help out which I find very odd!!! Should’t serving the customers take precedence over taking the bacon out of the wrappers??? I think it should but apparently this place does not!!! The only reason why I gave it 2 stars is that it’s conveniently located for a Dunkin lover — otherwise it would have gotten a one-star from me just because of their horrendous service!!!

Hazelnut coffee is my fav! Not a Fan of their donuts or cookies since I find them to be too sweet. You would think they would try to change up some of the donut toppings with so many different pop up gourmet donut places now. If they did an Apple cider donut I think it would be a great hit. Simple yet delicious.

This Dunkin Donuts is the tiny little child of the big quarterback coffee chain. Small and sort of hidden in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay, near Copley Square, It doesn’t ever seem to have a long line. My scalding hot coffee was handed to me without a cup holder to protect my hand. When I requested one, the staff looked at me as if they’d never heard of one in their lives. Maybe I should join the circus as the amazing, super thin skinned girl… watch coffee burn her! The deal: the staff can be quite slow, so prepare to be patient, not perturbed.

It’s nice because it’s a walk in store so you don’t have to wait in the cold for the coffee but they are kinda slow and they don’t have enough staff. They need to hire at least an extra employee in the morning but if you go there often enough they would remmeber what you drnk and eat so you don’t have to repeat it!!! :)

I’ve been hearing about the alleged fantabulousness of Dunkin’ Donuts coffee for years, so of course, I had to try some during my first visit to Boston. I can’t say the joe was particularly good. It wasn’t as hideous as Arco coffee, but it’s nothing to shout about.

Cranky staff, but what can you expect when you are serving Dunkin’ Donuts food to a rushed business crowd every morning? Better luck with service at Au Bön Pain.

Staff was confused and line moved slow. I asked for a sweet iced tea(that’s on the menu) and she looked at me like I asked for an escargot sandwich. I finally got my drink and donut and went on my way. There are 2 D&D’s in the same train station and both have non-stop lines. I don’t know what else to say, it’s a train station and I don’t have patience for slowpokes.

Shame on you, shame on you, shame on you. I know it’s 2pm, but that’s no excuse to sell me stale donuts. Either make fresh ones or have the decency to tell me «we’re out». Its not that hard. Come on, DD, you can do better than that. You’re an american institution for the love of God. For shame.

I come here for my iced coffee fix every workday morning, and 9 times out of ten, they get it just right. There’s an off day every now and then, but for the most part, I can’t complain. They have a beverage only express line which can be clutch on mornings, when you’re running late, or there’s a long line waiting for food. However, sometime both lines can be equally sluggish, which is what’s keeping this from being a five star review. They haven’t quite gotten the speed down on the beverage only line.

So I try Dunkin Donuts new egg white flatbread sandwich, which is pretty good actually. I get that and an Orange Juice. When I get to the counter, there’s a line going out the door — of course — the cashier looks at me like I’m from another planet… I didn’t order the coffee. Excuse me for going against the grain, although I did find that to be be pretty funny. Oh, and even though the line is going out the door, it moves quick, so please have your money ready.

I live about 10 seconds from this branch of Dunkin’s and it’s a shame since the staff here are generally grouchy and unfriendly. They also close real early on weekdays at 7pm and 2pm on weekends. Don’t try getting your morning caffeine fix here since the folks across the street from the Hancock building will already be in a long line via a zombie-like formation and state. Winter struck back with a vengeance today and I had little choice but to come here for a donut(Berry Berry — special of the month) which I will save for dessert. I don’t like Dunkin’s all that much since all they sell are basically donuts! But I do appreciate the relatively low prices(compared to Starbucks) of their very competent coffee selections and my favourite is the Iced Mocha Swirl Latte with a huge dollop of whipped cream. The fact that they offer«flavours» for your coffee free of charge(ie: blueberry, hazelnut, coconut, etc.) also keeps me coming back for more.
