Walk in with my husband at 6:59 on a Friday night, we walked in 2 separate entrances because it’s on the corner. 3 men behind the counter screamed at us «WECLOSEAT7» I said okay, WELLMAYBEYOUSHOULDLOCKYOURDOORS. Walked a few doors down to Starbucks. This place is a disgrase.

The demeanor of the employees at this store seems to be communicating a general«Fuck You,» which I find unacceptable in the service industry. Here’s what so many shitheads don’t get: The very nature of asking someone in a dirty smock and a goofy hat to make you breakfast is demeaning. It’s a very uncomfortable relationship for both parties. An unspoken duty of service workers is that they must diffuse this tension by gracefully accepting their role as a paid servant and leaving their own personal hang-ups at the door when they clock in for a shift. I know this, millions of people like me who work in the service industry know this, but most employees at this store don’t seem to get this or don’t care to get this, so I don’t go here anymore. Also Dunkin’ Donuts isn’t that good, just throwing that out there.

Okay… reviewing another DD… yes… what can I say… I love them! Please venture out to CA… particularly SF? Pretty please! Anyway… my fellow design geeks and I were walking around in between sessions and someone wanted coffee and since DD is known for their iced coffee… why the hell not? Came in… again… friendly and prompt staff… in and out the door and mind you, we had 15 mins to spare since that’s how long the in-between sessions…

Everyone seems to like this Dunkin’ Donuts a fair amount so I’m sad to give it a bad review but this is by far the dirtiest D&D I’ve ever been to. I was shocked to see that there was a lot of dust and fluff in the sugar bin. The table I sat at was filthy and covered with dirt and leaves. Would definitely not go back. Customer service was alright but definitely not enough to make up for the uncleanliness.

It’s been my dream to go to Dunkin Donuts. I always watched commercials for it growing up, but we don’t have any on the West Coast. I finally had some when I went to New York recently and it was awesome. I wish we had a solid donut chain where I live. I was staying in Boston recently and this Dunkin was right outside the Convention Center that I had to go to everyday. But for some reason, the donuts here taste old. They’re not fluffy at all, just cold and hard like 1 – 2 day old donuts. However, I relied on this place a lot during the week for espresso shots to keep me awake through all the lectures I had to attend. It’s location is super convenient. And the donuts were fine enough.

I really wouldn’t normally rate a chain as omnipresent as Dunkin Donuts. However, when I went to Berklee(and could see this place out of my window every day when I woke up), I came here every day. The people who worked here longterm, particularly the manager, are really great. They don’t make it obvious how much it must suck working in such a busy location filled with college kids all day. They recognize the people who come in all of the time and reveal their sense of humor once in awhile. Reasonably fast service considering how many people come in and out of here during peak times, and I never saw them mess anything up.

I feel ridiculous reviewing Dunkin Donuts but these guys deserve it. They are by far the friendliest, most efficient Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to in my life. Line out the door at 8:55am? No problem! I’ll be at my desk and unwrapping my veggie egg white flatbread by 9. I’ve been coming here about 5 days a week for over a year now and I think I have had two messed up orders. Think about the odds on that.

The ladies at the registers are super sweet and you can tell that there is a good employee environment. The manager, I’m assuming he’s the manager, is a tall, very serious man but he is very respectful when taking orders and he knows his stuff. I’m very impressed with this Dunkin!

Thanks for saving my life again with a medium ice coffee and a bagel egg and cheese. I don’t know what people did with about hang overs before you?

This is MY dunks. Every morning the crew greets me with a smile and asks all sorts of questions haha they usually know my order unless I switch it up. they even give me FREE hot-cups with my Iced coffee!(always a plus!) Every now and then when I decide on splurging and get a bagel. I’m always amazed that they still have my blueberry bagel! So yummy!

Highly suggest the breakfast menu with the eggs in a wrap. So delicious. The service wasn’t lightning speed but it’s fast enough. It’s just a donut! down side: they don’t serve classic syrup so if you want your iced tea or iced coffee to be sweet you have to use regular sugar.

East Coasters really take dunkin donuts for granted! I totally miss how quick and convenient it was to get a cup of coffee at all hrs of the day. Service is always fast. They have fraps, lattes, mocha, coffee with a ton of different flavors. I always looked fwd to their seasonal flavors too! Obviously they had a DONUTS, but i’ve never been a big donut person. However, I do like bagels! They have a ton of different bagles with a few different cream cheese flavors as well! The Everything Bagel w/chives cream cheese was my usual =) I wish CA had dunkin donuts, we could really use a quality coffee shop w/super cheap prices!

This Dunkin Donuts location is terrible. The worst customer service ever. It’s the closest one to my house yet I will never go here again. I consistently go to Dunkin Donuts every morning before work to grab an iced coffee as soon as it hits April. The customer service hasn’t bothered me as much as in the past couple of weeks. It irks me that the person behind the counter doesn’t smile. Is it me or something? I’m sorry that you’re annoyed to be serving coffee, but it’s too early in the morning to be in such a terrible mood. Because you are in a bad mood, you’re poor customer service really puts me in a bad mood for the rest of the day. Yes, maybe it’s a little dramatic… but I thought maybe I was overreacting. I came to this exact location again this morning… same thing. No smile, no real acknowledgement that I’m a paying customer. Then I was asking for an extra Splenda… and they just point over to some part of the store and roll their eyes. Stop working with people if you don’t like working with them! Its annoying!

Mmm. Love this Dunkin’. Small coffee, cream and sugar, perfect every time. And cheap! This specific location provided me with my first ever actual cup of coffee, and thereby fueled my addition for the next three years in college. Their coffee goes perfectly with one of those giant coffee roll donuts. So yummy. And don’t get me started on the breakfast egg and cheese croissant. After a late-night recording session across the street at Berklee I’d stumble out at the crack of dawn and pick up a croissant and coffee in time for my first class. Or a late night hot chocolate and Boston Kreme donut(soo good!) for a chilly evening stroll around the Christian Science reflection pool. Many thanks to the Big D for getting me through my college years!

Okay yeah, it’s a Dunkin Donuts. but I think this particular DDs has some heart. And awesome accuracy. I’ve been heading into DDs lately to get me some breakfast when I have time. Out of the 4 – 5 different ones I’ve tried as of late. this is the one that rocks my socks. Sadly I can’t always get to it, but you know. I deal. I think the ladies(and the one or two men at this Dunkin Donuts) are really awesome. I pretty much change up my order every day. sometimes toasted. sometimes untoasted. sometimes cheese. sometimes no cheese. and they’re totally on their game. A lot of the time I see some elderly people in here and the workers have no problem stepping away from the counter to help them out or even do special requests from them. One of the women has a lot of trouble walking or even getting up to the counter and they are so sweet to her. Yay for hospitality in chains. :)

Did Dunkin Donuts originate in Boston or something? Talk about a saturated Dunkin Donuts market… I’ll stop in Dunkin Donuts for a coffee from time to time, but I must say that I don’t enjoy their coffee that much. I like my coffee black with just a touch of sugar, but the coffee I get from there always feels like I am drinking a dessert. Then there are the occasions where I will ask for it black and they will still put cream and sugar into it… and I won’t notice until I am a few blocks away. I am a fan of Starbucks coffee… I feel like Starbucks makes coffee the way it is supposed to be made… strong, aromatic, and flavorful. In terms of Dunkin Donuts food, I rarely eat there. I guess it’s tough to mess up a donut. I know the muffins aren’t that spectacular. Conclusion: I will stop here if I am hard up for coffee, but that’s about it. Given the choice between DD and Starbucks, I will take Starbucks anyday… plus there is no difference in price between the two.
