History

Established in 2008.

Etiquette Realty was born in late 2008 after owner Josh P. decided to leave the corporate real estate world behind. Rather than just being another «agent» in an over saturated, slumping real estate market; Josh saw a window of opportunity in the weakened economy to cater to clients and focus more on their specific needs by starting his own business.

Josh was able to gain valuable experience with high-​end clients such as Red Sox owner John W. Henry, Yo-​Yo Ma, Alex Rodriquez, & cinematographer Robert Richardson, during his employment with the Giorgio Armani Corporation. He has been able to incorporate that vast knowledge into his work ethic and transfer that into his real estate career.

As the Principal Broker/​Owner of Etiquette Realty, Josh has been along time resident of South Boston. He was awarded the Henry Knox «Unsung Hero» award for apprehending two armed robbers in South Boston, as well as receiving accolades for his actions from the Senate & House of Representatives. He has valuable experience within his local neighborhood, Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Charlestown, Newton, as well as outside the city limits.

As a Marine Corps veteran he understands commitment and dedication and devotes his hard work to your satisfaction. Josh and his staff go above and beyond to assure that each client feels like more than just a transaction.

With extensive world travel, Josh has acquired a deep appreciation for fine architecture and interior design. His passion for homes is unsurpassed and his ability to make a client feel at ease goes beyond expectations.
