This FedEx location is around the corner from my apartment and has bailed me out of more jams than I can count. The employees are really nice and helpful. They go out of their way to carefully package what you’re sending, making sure nothing gets damaged. I would have given a 5-​star rating if not for the fact that in comparison to using the post office, the FedEx prices are so damn expensive. Obviously, this is not a knock against this particular location and my personal experience here but it is something that should be noted.
On a side note, this FedEx location is inside of the Sheridan Hotel which hosts a constant revolving door of conventions meaning once in a while you’ll encounter a long wait… sometimes alongside some interesting characters in crazy costumes. There was a Pokemon convention last week and I found myself in line behind Pikachu.
