Flying Prince House Cleaning

I just completed a one-​time full apartment cleaning with Flying Prince. Raul and his team were all amazing. It was easy to schedule an appointment with Raul over email. On the day of the cleaning, the team came early (including Raul for the handoff, which provided great continuity to the customer). They were professional and cleaned every square inch of the apartment. Raul knew I needed the cleaning to be finished by a certain time, so he even brought an extra person in without my asking and didn’t charge me for it.
I agree with the other reviewer that if you are paying for a fixed duration of cleaning services (e.g., 3 hours only), you may need to give active guidance about you do /​do not want cleaned. The team is so thorough that I think it’s hard for them to not clean everything, which could exceed your budget.
Overall, just an awesome team and an awesome experience. I ended up leaving before the team finished and I felt very comfortable doing so. Great customer experience and will definitely use again. Thank you Raul and team!

Flying Prince is a great reliable cleaning service — very professional results and Raul is very responsive and accommodating. I use them for a monthly cleaning service and for quicker cleanings when I rent out my place via AirBnB. I’ve been very happy with this service and highly recommend it.

Raul was amazing in helping us schedule a deep clean of our new condo before moving in. The house was inhibited by two boys before us so I really wanted the bathroom and floors deep cleaned before the movers came through with our stuff! Raul scheduled a team of 3 to come in on a Friday night after we closed. In full disclosure the cleaners did get stuck in traffic and were over an hour late, but Raul communicated the issue so I didn’t mind at all, they were nice enough to schedule the cleaning around my schedule later on a Friday afternoon/​night! The ladies were great and very attentive. In my opinion some parts of the cleaning could have been rushed along, I don’t know if the refrigerator and freezer needed 45 minutes of cleaning, though I could eat off the trays in there now :) In the end everything for cleaned, floors windows baseboards etc. The house was left spotless. I highly recommend Flying Prince for any cleaning needs you may have!

I have waited to test their service overtime but today something happened and I knew I had to Unilocal.I came home to a clean, organized, spotless apartment (which is typical when Flying Prince comes over). I went to brush my teeth in the bathroom and opened the cabinet to get toothpaste. Cue the chorus of angels… all my crappy little samples of creams and nail polish I leave there «just in case» were organized and the shelves were clean. The mirror had been cleaned on both sides. Now the fact that this is so important to me is probably a symptom of mental illness but, you have to understand. no other cleaning service I have ever used before (and I have used my fair share) had even done this for me. Let’s see what else: they take cash/​checks, consistent with other services I have used and price is in the usual range for my area, in my experience. Also, scheduling is very efficient: Raul is great about sending reminders for when the routine cleaning is coming up and lets me know what time of day the cleaners will be coming, if that might be an issue for me that day. The whole apartment is clean and organized with extra touches here and there. I highly recommend them.

Raul and his team were punctual, thorough and meticulous. They left our house looking, smelling and feeling like new. We were so happy with the service that we will use Flying Prince’s service again (and again) and we recommend them without reservation. As others have said communication with the company is also seamless and makes scheduling, questions etc. a breeze.

I’ve had Flying Prince clean my 730 sq foot condo twice now and each time they’ve done an IMMACULATE job. I never knew my house could be so clean. Raul is very responsive and has followed up after each cleaning to make sure I was satisfied. I just scheduled monthly recurring cleanings and can’t wait for Raul’s team to come again!

I just had some insulation construction done on my apartment and hired Flying Prince because they had 5 stars here and I wanted to make sure I could hire someone legitimate. My entire place was COVERED in layers of dust and on top of that, I have never had it professionally cleaned before, so it needed a lot more TLC than a typical job (and I have dogs which = lots of hair). Raul was super responsive when setting up the appointment and ensured that I was 100% satisfied with the job at the end. The team did a great job and were super friendly. They even cleaned the 2 AC units I had laying around (too heavy to move) until they looked brand new– I didn’t even know they were white, they were so old and dirty! The organized my entire kitchen pantry and the place was spotless. Great job and would definitely recommend them.

Raul is really the guy you want to talk to. He is extremely responsive and will take care if your needs and concerns. If he doesn’t pick up when you first call, he’ll certainly call you back as soon as he’s able. We asked Flying Prince to come in for a move-​in cleaning. With a pre-​set price and time limit, the cleaners came. In full disclosure, the cleaners spent too much time in certain places of the house (kitchen, living room) and did not end up cleaning all areas (basement). While I did not want to exceed the estimated price and time, I accepted an incomplete cleaning. Raul emailed me after the job to check in with me and I told him my honest subdued satisfaction. His immediate email reply was «We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee» and he vowed to send the cleaners back to complete the work as promised. With the holidays, it fell down on my priority list but Raul continued to follow up via email to make good on his guarantee. I was impressed with that. Yesterday, he himself came with the cleaners to look at the areas once more to confirm what needed to be done. It’s hard to find honest business folks who follow thru on customer satisfaction.
One piece of advice I would share: Say ahead of time that you have a pet in the house. Not all people are dog people and if a cleaner is afraid of dogs, it might be a hindrance to one’s efficiency to work effectively.

Raul and his team are stellar! They were so gracious in helping me out when I was in a rough spot last year — since then I’ve subscribed to their cleaning service and it’s been the best. They are always so kind, on time, and flexible with your budget/​schedule. I’m the happiest girl alive coming home after their cleaning because it is flawless. Don’t hesitate to give them a call!

Can’t say enough good things about this company. We contacted Flying Prince for a deep cleaning of an apartment that had been steadily dirtied up for a year straight, so it needed a lot of work. Super easy to schedule and answered all questions I had thoroughly.
Raul and his team of lovely ladies arrived promptly when they said they would on the appointed day. After about 4.5 hours, our apartment looks like a brand new place. Raul and his team were amazing. When I moved into my apt it was obvious it was not thoroughly cleaned. I looked everywhere for a cleaning service that 1). Picked up phone calls 2). Didn’t charge over 150 an hour for a standard clean 3). Actually come to the home and inspect it and give me a quote. Luckily, flying prince did all that.
Raul arrived and I told him exactly what I wanted for my first time clean: shelf liners, cleaning under the stove and fridge, removing all my items and cleaning everything etc. You name it they did it and all for an amazing price. I will be booking them for a monthly clean. I would highly recommend to anyone, including grad students!

Best cleaner service ever, I used to live in Fenway and Brighton, the cleaners were very unprofessional and careless. I gave a try in Flying Prince, and I was very satisfied!
Very kind and nice people, called me several times to introduce the cleaning service and time schedule. In my previous cleaning company they used just 20 minutes to finish everything, so the work was very bad. I was amazed by the time they use to clean, about four hours I think, which meant they did pay a lot attention to clean, rather than do some surface work.

I can’t even begin to say enough good things about Flying Prince House Cleaning. Raul and his team were awesome to work with and did an amazing job. They cleaned for 5 hours and everything is perfect. I am so happy!
I’m expecting a baby this week and contacted Raul Thursday, and they came Tuesday morning to clean. It helped me out so much as I didn’t think I’d be able to do all the cleaning. So worth it. They even brought their own stuff to clean with. The amount of dog hair in our home is out of control, and they even made my couch look new!

Raul from Flying Prince is great! I have now had 2 cleanings, and both times they are pleasant, show up on time, and do a thorough job. They confirm exactly what you would like done, and complete the job exactly as requested.
If they have extra time, they go above and beyond what was originally requested for a cleaning.
They are flexible with scheduling, and respond promptly to calls and emails. I now have monthly cleanings with them, and have been very happy!
