I have never experienced such bad service from a supposedly high-​end goods store. I dropped a leather bag for cleaning on June 13, 2015. More than 3 months later, I still haven’t gotten it back. I stop by the shop to inquire where it is every couple of weeks, it has been one excuse after another.
For a store that sells expensive furs and leathers, they have shown no credibility at all.
