I offer custom blended massage treatments using several different techniques including, but not limited to: Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy or Trigger Point, Passive Joint Movement, Sports, Myofascial Release and Thai.

I am specialized in Pre and Postnatal massage and CranioSacral Therapy and have extensive experience working with expectant and new moms, their families, including children and babies.

Since 2005 Frances has been working with women and their families through several different therapies including regular bodywork, movement, and simple self care techniques. She believes in the power of healthy lifestyle choices and their ability to transform anyone who is dedicated to making a change for their health and longevity.

As a leading Pre and Postnatal Holistic Health Specialist throughout the Boston area, Frances has worked with expectant and new moms since the beginning of her career in 2006, helping them find balance and empowerment through growing and raising a family.

Frances is an expert in the field of CranioSacral Therapy, working with women and their families, including children, expectant and new moms. She provides natural health support for the women and families throughout the Greater Boston area.
