It is not often in the world of telemarketing services that you get to praise a service after you have been led to believe their business is flawed.
In this case I am so happy to report the products and services offered by Gryphon Networks to prevent outbound calls to number on the National Do Not Call (DNC) database work as expected.
Recently I had a call from a commercial for-​profit telemarketer who tried to blame the call on Gryphon Networks. Before the call from the Telemarketer I had been aware of Gryphon and what they do. After the call, I contacted Gryphon about issues with the other business who claimed to be a customer of theirs.
A short time later I received a call back from representative at Gryphon. We talked through the issues with the previous telemarketing. We also discussed and tested whether my number was active in the DNC databases used for Gryphon products and services. It was active and calls blocked. It was obvious the other business was a scummy one trying to blame their illegal calling issues on Gryphon.
It is nice to know my number if being used properly by Gryphon. But it is even better to know and have experienced the excellent quality and quick follow up by the people to work at Gryphon Networks.
