I can not even begin to explain to you how awful the customer service is here. It’s just too much to write without making a book out of it. I used to not have a problem, but lately it’s been unacceptable. I’ll just leave it at this: two times I was mislead with information regarding my account and because of this, it caused some major issues with my accounts and bill payment. In addition they are just plain ignorant, so do yourself a favor and go to another branch. I love Hanscom, but this branch makes you want to think twice about banking with this institution. Unless you’re fool or a federal employee go to the Tip O’Neil Branch, or Bedford!
