Really great selection of craft beer. Unfortunately, the staff had no interest in helping me and my fiancé whatsoever. In fact we felt completely insulted even trying to ask questions. The associate working couldn’t even look up from his computer to acknowledge us or give us the time of day. I won’t drag this out but the fact of the matter is there are way too many local businesses that care about customers to waste your time on a business like this that doesn’t care. Sad…

Great assortment of craft beers but absolutely horrible customer service. I was in the shop on Saturday with my fiancé and we were actually interested in purchasing a few items for upcoming holiday parties, however the man working couldn’t even be bothered to lift up his head from his computer. When we asked for his opinion on a bottle of vodka we were thinking of purchasing as a gift, he lifted his head and said «yeah, it’s good.»
With so many other place to bring our business in the city, I wouldn’t waste my time going back to this place. If you can’t be bothered to acknowledge the presence of a customer in your extremely quiet store, I can’t be bothered to give you my business.

Good selection of local beers and spirits but poor customer service. Stopped in to check out the public market and saw Hopsters, I really like to buy and try local beer and spirits so I went in. There were 3 people working, looks like they had a mini beer sampling on the counter, not one person said anything to me or mentioned it. They were too busy talking to their friend. I was dressed in business casual as I just came from work, maybe the samples were only for Hipsters.
I look around and grab a few beers, at this point they were chatting it up with a security guard they knew letting him try the samples, still didn’t offer me (an actual paying customer) anything or mention anything. The guy ringing me up was like a pretentious robot, I felt like I was bothering him by buying something. I made a comment about one of the beers and he couldn’t be bothered.
They don’t have anything you can’t get anywhere else, I have no desire to spend my money there again.

Love this place. Work across the street and needed a last minute gift for friends back home in Chicago – staff was extremely knowledgeable, and was able to make recommendations based on my cryptic criteria. Great place to stop off for a craft beer on your way back home!
