Infinity Portrait Design

Upon starting a new position recently, I needed updated head shots for our website and other marketing. Susan created a relaxed and warm atmosphere for the session. She was able to provide direct and clear suggestions that, coupled with her talent, produced great pictures that conveyed all of the qualities for which I was looking.
I would recommend Infinity Portrait Design without reservation.

I came to Infinity Portrait Design for my engagement photos and the experience was more than I could’ve asked for — they were so pleasant and so much fun to work with! We took our photos in the public garden (Boston Common) and they even worked with my dog so he could be in the pictures with us :) Susan definitely knows what she’s doing behind the camera and had a lot of advice on how to pose to ensure that our good sides came out as much as possible ;) and Annie helped so much with my dog and was great to work with! She’s been very accommodating through the whole process!
I have yet to see the finished product (we just chose the photos we wanted a couple of days ago) but I am confident that they’ll be perfect. I hope that we’ll have other reasons to work with Susan and Annie again! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great engagement photos — especially if you’re someone who really doesn’t like taking pictures — they will work with you to ensure that you get exactly what you want!

I am not one who likes being in front of the camera. I had to get a professional photo done. I was told and saw some of their work and decided to go. They were amazing. they make you feel very comfortable and made great suggestions. The photos came out great. I would highly recommend them.

I have worked with Susan, Annie (and now Kyle) for four years. I’ve hired them for my own business, worked with them on projects and have interacted with some of their clients. Across the board, they are a top notch team! They meet or exceed deadlines, the quality of the photography is great, the editing is superb. They are the ones you want to go with if you’re looking for photography. Personally, I love visiting them at their studio. It overlooks the Common, is very relaxed, and you can really get to know the photographers you’re working with. I highly recommend Infinity Portrait Design!

I knew this would happen! The final product was not finished in time despite weeks of reminders. It was delivered late. At least they sent it directly as a gift and didn’t make me pick it up to send it. All these promises, assurances (yeah, don’t worry, we work with the paper company all the time etc…)
Funny how «plan B» came up the day it was supposed to be finished. Maybe «plan B» should have been brought up when I asked 3 – 4 weeks earlier if for sure they had time to finish
2 stars and not 1 because the final product apparently looked pretty good (although I never saw it and my parents were happy that I was thoughtful and likely would have liked any picture I would have sent them). 2 stars also because they broke their rule and gave me a few of the digital negative (very low-​res) for use in a powerpoint presentation.
That’s just too bad. The expectations were quite high.

We selected Infinity for our wedding since we live in the neighborhood and wanted to support local business.
Susan and Annie are great to work with.
They made sure we had more than enough shots to select from, they know the Public Garden well and precisely what would look good (so we didn’t have to do too much thinking on our wedding day) and they were so professional.
Our pictures are beautiful and we are beyond satisfied with the quality.
Above all, the customer service is topnotch.
