A Class Act. Wow — talk about business integrity– I called It’s Easy this morning because I was worried that 10 business days might not be enough time to get a Visa to travel to a certain South American country, and the customer service agent said that the embassy in question would expedite my Visa request without my needing to purchase special expediting services. It’s Easy COULD have taken my $ 179 and «expedited» it for me anyway, but they didn’t rip me off. Now that’s a trustworthy place to do business. If only I could find a mechanic that honest ;-)

Customer service could have been better. Mark Harris, the rep told me to return on a specific date to get my passport. Unfortunately, when he was counting the days in his head, he neglected to count the Memorial Holiday, so instead of making just 2 trips (one to drop off my passport and another to pick it up), I now had to make an additional trip across town from work because my passport didn’t arrive yet. I think that if you’re in the business of helping others with time sensitive documents, it’d be highly recommended to use a calendar instead of your fingers. No apologies from him since I’ve already paid a service fee either ($ 55), BUT I think that 10 years from now, I’d rather save my money and get my passport renewed at 10 Causeway St. without paying a service fee that I found somewhat lacking.

Geez, whats with all the bad reviews from the other sites? I used itseasy services and i found it to be great. I needed my passport FAST because i was leaving in 3 days to Japan and they told me what i needed and what to do. It was NOT difficult at all. Pricey? So so but thats the price you pay for expediting services in general. They called me like 2 days early and said «YOU CAN COME PICK IT UP» and i did and damn i was so happy.
Now, i lost my passport 2 years later and im most definitely returning to them. Best thing is to go early in the morning i believe and stress how important your trip is (just in case). Very nice people on the phone and in person. I’m actually going back this friday to give in the documents for my lost passport. I will use the 3 – 4 day service and keep all those non believers updated!!!

I used the Boston branch a few weeks ago for a Visa to Brazil — extremely responsive, conservatively estimated how long it would take to get the Visa and is absolutely the only place I’ll go for a Visa going forward.

I used the Boston branch of It’s Easy to get a tourist visa for China and was *very* impressed. This was the first time I ever used a visa/​passport expeditor and I shopped around first to check out a couple of other competing agencies in downtown Boston. I went with It’s Easy because their staff were, by far, the most professional that I encountered. I felt completely comfortable handing over my passport to them– and their service even got my passport back a bit early. Will definitely use them again.
