«Jazz in the Air» offers a jazz trio or jazz band with 2 to 6 of the finest musicians in the Boston area performing on your choice of sax, flute, piano, trumpet, guitar, bass, drums and vocals. Upbeat refreshing jazz standards and originals with a touch of RnB, latin, funk and rock stylings. They do all the timeless standards and requests — plus wedding, dance & ceremony music. With six CDs of original music, they are available as a duo, trio, quartet or quintet performing all the well known standards including swing dance and show tunes, plus upbeat refreshing contemporary jazz that is catchy and melodic. Available for concerts, weddings, anniversaries, clubs, restaurants, birthdays, bar mitzvahs, etc. They have also been honored to perform for a former President and First Lady. What started out as a weekly jazz session for area musicians has developed into one of Boston’s most successful jazz/pop bands.
