This place is hit and miss with their service. Sometimes I get a person who is very nice and pleasant to talk to and take my order. Majority of the time though I get someone who is rude, dismissive and outright aggressive. I have very little time to spare since I’m on my very short lunch break, I don’t need to deal with your attitude. Something else I don’t like is the fact that they charge full price for their coffees. Any other place I go to charges a dollar for any sized coffee but they charge you 2.50 $ for a medium. No bueno. Also what happened to the dollar menu?

I had to take the last train to Providence home and figured I’d grab something quick here because it was open until about midnight. I got there at 11:45 and went to order but was told that they where closed. So I went off to the side. Another person came up and placed an order for food so I went to place an order and the cashier was extraordinarily rude, asking if I was stupid because«she already said they were closed.» When I asked about the other person she rolled her eyes and said they where closed and to leave before she called the MBTA transit. I’ll never, EVER, eat here again. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

Had bad experiences several times. The staff is not at all helpful and even rude at times.

I wish I could get a 0 star rating — just don’t go here, infested with roaches and the manager on duty did not give a single **** about it when I pointed it out and asked for a refund. Didn’t care that she was serving food possibly infested with roach droppings and what not. Just gross don’t do it. But really walk away slowly and go to CVS and get a moderately healthy snack

Well, Pollyanna, when your bus is 1+ hours late, you have lots of time to bone up on your Unilocaling. Perhaps you too, weary traveler, are here in similar desperate circumstances and my trials can minimize your suffering. First of all, yes, if someone is kind enough to Tell you that you’ll be standing around for hours, go back to South station and have lunch. Alternatively, of you are going nowhere with greyhound but not sure of whether maybe the bus Will appear and leave without you so you keep standing there like a hopeful puppy at the pound: your going to McD’s here. And will be grateful for it. Therefore, let me share what I just learned from my travel companion about breakfast sandwiches. Apparently these many years I’ve been suffering through the chewy, greasy, tasteless mass that passes for an «egg» in the mcmuffin, there is indeed an alternative. «You want to get the scrambled egg. Make sure there is yellow in the picture» Good luck.

the most descpicable and lousy mcD ever. A hispanic woman(Dont know this lady, s name) and an african american woman(Michelle) that I gave my order to let someone else take my order and when I finally got another meal prepared they gave me a small coke instead of a medium coke and being late I just took it and left and realized later Worst McD I have ever been to ! You lost my patronage disgusting place

this review is for the McD in the Train Terminal. In the future, if i have the spare minutes, i’ll go to this one instead of the one in the Bus Terminal. had some cold wet socks on a rainy night before my bus ride home, so i needed a hot drink and McD was all that was open. got helped by a worker who appeared to be a manager, either way, he was a BOSS. i got hot chocolate, and he suggested 2 apple pies for $ 1. and i got nuggets too, with an extra hab sauce thrown in. This guy operated in a professional manner with crisp, smooth motions. nothing wasted, including precious seconds. thanks, man.

Organic coffee… five stars. Thank you. Never thought I would have anything to say about a McDonald’s.

Well, it’s a McDonald’s. Pretty much every McDonald’s is the same as far as food quality and service is concerned, but I understand how crappy it can be working minimum wage part time at a fast food joint where people will treat you like garbage because you forgot their dipping sauce. The people at the registers are nice every time I’ve gone, but the woman who I assume is the manager, well, uh… she forgot to put my fries in my bag once, and when I meekly told her she responded with a glare and a «I SWEAR I PUTTHEFRIESINTHERE». She then shoved the fries in my bag and continued to glare and for some reason thought I said something back so she yelled«WHATWASTHAT?!» to which I responded with a shocked look and just walked away. If I needed a reason to start eating a bit healthier, I just got it.

Yes, I’m giving this McDonald’s a solid four stars. It’s pretty simple really. The people here are efficient and friendly. The food is… well… McDonalds. I’ve come here with minutes to spare before my train leaves and never had an issue. Compared to other options at South Station, this McDonald’s is by far the fastest choice.

This owner is going to be in trouble soon. Oak Brook WILL take notice. Around 3 pm on 5 Feb 13 I waited in line for 8 minutes to order a small bag of fries. The one counter person there had her back to the customers; she was prepping a cash drawer, counting out the change with an agonizing lack of speed. At 3:09 she took my order and my money. At 3:15 they called my number and flipped the small bag of fries on the counter. «Umm, that’s to go» I informed her. The fries went back to the fry station and were put in a larger bag along with one napkin. I saw that ketchup was going to be out of the question. A short woman who appeared to be in charge(I’m being very generous of this crew) slid the bagged fries to me. As she turned I asked her why it took 8 minutes to deliver about 20 fries in a small bag. Whatever happened to fast food? She responded with something akin to «huh, wha??» and i showed her the receipt and the time of the order and asked her to compare it to the current time. «I doan knows» came back as she left. I asked for her name and that only accelerated her departure from the front counter. The fries were luke warm, a little soggy and weren’t salted.(Unlike the manager — who was cold, mentally very soggy and very salty.) Ray Kroc and JR Simplot are spinning in their graves. It’s one thing to clog our veins with the addictive crap they sell. It’s quite another to insult you for trying to support them. Never. Ever. Again.

Never will I EVER go back to this McDonald’s again. I haven’t had McDonald’s in a long time and my co-worker and were talking about our cravings for McNuggets so I thought why not. It was drizzling outside as I walked over to South Station. I was looking at the menu realizing that the cashier was pretty much glaring at me and had an attitude. To the cashier, I don’t know who pissed you off but you need to realize you are working and you NEED to have service with a smile. This cashier was like 18 – 20 so maybe her boyfriend broke up with her or maybe she broke a nail but there was no need for the attitude. She took my order gave me the wrong reciept and then pretty much rushed me out. I know it’s fast food but it’s not fast food with attitude. You guys are McDonald’s! On top of that I’m heading back to work and the bag breaks. So basically I paid $ 9 for a teenager with an attitude and to have my bag break on the way back to my office. My food was cold by the time I got to the office. Awesome! I believe McDonald’s needs to think about making a better bag and making sure their employees treat customers like people. I called the place and talked to the manager Jose. I will never go back there again!
