Their medical care is top-​notch. However, they seem to view patients as annoyances rather than clients. I’ve had many administrative issues over the years and they just don’t seem to get that patients are people who wanted to be helped, not swatted away. I’ve since switched to Newton Wellesley dermatology and couldn’t be happier, it’s like night and day.
