Very friendly service that will leave you satisfied and not feel guilty for parting with your money. They did a great job and finding a replacement battery for me in under 24hrs and sold me a power adapter for 25 $ with I thought was reasonable and fair. Also they cleaned my laptop, re-​applied thermal paste (laptop was over heating) and lubricated the fan. Now my baby runs nice, cool and quiet. Thanks guys!

I had a problem with my external hard drive. Ryan was able to extract all the information and was verry helpful thoughout the whole process. Very good service and very affordable rates. I def. would recommend them to someone else.

I had a lot of virus problems and my computer was running really slowly. I had Norton Anti Virus, so I couldn’t figure out what the problem was. I called North End Nerds on Wednesday, the technician picked up my laptop from my apartment on Thursday, and he returned it to me on Friday. I almost thought he gave me a new computer; it was running like new! The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a way that was easily understandable to me, being novice with this whole computer thing. I will definitely go to North End Nerds for any computer issues I have in the future, and I recommend him to anyone who might have any problems.
