History
Established in 1969.
OCB has been practicing eye care for more than 40 years. OCB was founded in Boston by three ophthalmologists in 1969 with the goal of providing specialty eye care of the highest quality. We now have 35 fellowship trained ophthalmologists, each with depth in experience within their respective subspecialty, and 17 optometrists caring for patients from nine practice locations to provide community based eye care. OCB has grown into one of the largest and most respected ophthalmic practices in the United States, caring for over 165,000 patients each year from across New England and around the country.
