Oatmeal was just warm and very dry. Espresso not even remotely hot. They suggested I put it in the microwave. I returned an hour later for a bagel and they were«sold out» Terrible service for such a prime location.

Went in to grab a coffee and a plain bagel at 10:36am. Only bagels the had left was Blueberry or Cinnamon Crunch. Tried to order a breakfast sandwich, got the«we stop serving breakfast at 10:30», No apologies, no can I get you something else instead, just a big NO. Top it all off, took them an additional 10 min to refund me the money for my bagel purchase because they had to wait for a manager.

Second bad experience in a week. Panera as a franchise is quickly losing its ability to satisfy guests. This time I paid nine dollars for a lemonade and refill and two water cups. quickly going from being a big fan of Panera’s to not wanting to go again

Best Panera I have been to in a long time. Ample seating, lovely cashiers and sandwich assemblers, and my order with my multiple changes was perfect. The bread was also very soft like I like it. The cleanliness is also well maintained. If I had one complaint it would be the that two of the cleaning crew team stood and chatted for a good ten minutes instead of working.

Food was good. Register people either act like their new or are rude. Been here several times I think I’ll stick to my local store.

Slow. So unbearably slow. The do not give you a pager like at other Paneras, so you have to stand in a small crowded space with all the other customers. People who ordered after me were served before me, which is really weird and annoying. Despite having everything for my order, I noticed that the girl making the food kept saying«We are out of X, is Y okay instead». How hard is it to tell the people taking the orders that you are out of something, so that customers don’t have to keep being told that after they already paid for their food? The entrance to the store is actually very hard to notice from the outside. Normally this would be two stars because the food was still good, but overall this is probably the worst Panera I’ve ever been to. I’m still going to go to Panera, just not this one.

I always love Panera Bread and this one was no exception. It had to be one of the biggest I’ve been to, with two floors and a nice view upstairs. My grandson and I both got a Cinnamon Roll and I got a hot chocolate(it was about –9 wind chill that day) and they were all very good, I certainly couldn’t complain. We got the chance to warm ourselves up, charge our phone a bit and get a rest from walking, it was well worth the stop. The staff was decently helpful, but many didn’t speak great English, which was a bummer, but I got over that quickly. Would I come back here if in Boston, yes I would.

This location is bizarre in the sense that the entrance & flow of this store is pretty bad. The way you have to enter & then go hard left & then turn again is silly to get to the counter. Where you have to wait for food isn’t exactly the greatest either, but I guess they had few options. They have an upstairs which is where most of the table & chairs are. I don’t get why they write the code of the bathroom on the receipt though, I don’t think they do this at other stores. I guess for the most part this is a chain so the food is basically what you expect when you go into their stores.

Really clean and quiet. Very relaxing place to sit and eat. Highly recommend for anyone working in area. Soooooo much cheaper than anywhere else around here. I shall return!
