Rachael is amazing! 4 weeks with her instruction and I feel amazing. She takes a full assessment of what you’re trying to accomplish with your yoga whether strictly fitness or to improve overall clarity and caters to those needs during class.
On a fitness level she has improved my form and my usage of the right muscles… no more sore shoulders and tight legs.
The studio at OMBE is simply gorgeous, you look out over Trinity Church as you practice. I highly suggest that or the Boxford studio… I follow her to both! Might be stalking but she’s totally worth it.
