website.
Renting an apartment to someone like me is probably not easy… I come with a list of requirements, none of which are negotiable, a highlighted area on the map… yes, also not negotiable… a very limited schedule and an expectation for quickly returned phone calls.
Jessica S. from Rikeman went above and beyond my expectations of an agent to make sure I get an apartment that meets all my criteria — and guess what?! She only took me to one place and it was perfect — what a time-​saver! Jessica makes great use of email and her Blackberry, something that doesn’t seem to be the standard among real estate agents (though they could all benefit from it).
For efficiency, promptness, and focus on the customer, I highly recommend Rikeman.

Had to write a review despite opting out of renting through them… let me explain.
My lease was up for renewal and I had a few complaints mixed with a higher salary, so I decided to look at my options in the luxury market before renwing my lease. Rikeman Reas Estate, which also handles
listings, by far had the best listings and info online. I like being able to narrow my search before actually initiating contact with an agent.
I narrowed my search to the Harbor Towers and sent an email through
. I mentioned that my timeframe was tight due to a short renewal period and to my surprise, I was contacted about an hour later by a friendy and professional agent who was able to set up numerous showings for me on saturday (I initiated contact on friday!).
I was well informed by the agent about the apts and costs and my negotiating options so when the time came to make a rental offer on the apt i liked, he indicated how I could make it work best.
Unfortunately, the parking cost at the apt I liked would be almost double what my current rate is, so that was a deal breaker and could not be negotiated as the garage is not affiliated with the apt building.
When I informed the agent that I was opting to renew my current lease, there was absolutely zero bitterness at the lack of a commission he would be receiving for his efforts. I was asked to keep him in mind when I next decide to enter the apt hunt, which I certainly will. This company is professional all the way, use them if you’re in the luxury market!
