History
Established in 2003.
So Greek and Indian, who came up with that concept? I am sure that must be at the top of the question list when introduced to the Siraj menu. That is an excellent question, and one we hope to answer sufficiently. My name is Rabi Islam. I was born and raised in Bangladesh. Having eaten some of the tastiest Indian inspired dishes, I wanted to introduce it to you all. As for the Greek fusion, Sophia — my wife is 100% Greek and like tradition, had the pleasure of eating delicious home cooked Greek food on a daily basis. With our union, emerged the fusion of Greek and Indian food.
We knew if the foundation was solid, the rest would fall into place. And what better foundation than the love for our respective foods and cultures.
