We had our son at Sunkissed Acorns for couple of months, unfortunately we had to relocate and change daycares. The place is small, very nice and the staff is friendly. I particularly liked the fact that the director is present there all the time supervising the activity. Gave me a sense of trust. Whenever I went to pick up my LO, I found him always smiling and having fun. Strongly recommended.

I am a Mom who has worked in various childcare settings for over 10 years. In my personal and professional opinion I believe this center is very well run and very clean. It is a small center so each child can get a lot of attention, and no one gets lost in the masses. The director there is very personable, and easy to communicate with. She addresses any questions or concerns you may have quickly and effectively. I started sending my daughter to Sunkissed Acorns at 10 wks old. I could not be any happier with the attention and care she has received from all staff who work there. She is learning so much while attending this program. One of the biggest pluses to me is that it is a bi-lingual center. My daughter is learning Mandarin! She understands when teachers speak with her and she is just starting to speak it as well. Her love for the all teachers there is amazing, and I never worry about leaving her in their more than capable hands. Another plus is that they offer an array of food choices that exposes my daughter to different cuisine that she probably would not eat at home.(Because what child eats unfamiliar food for their parents!) They provide snacks and lunch which is great for me so I don’t have to think about it in the morning crazy. This center provides a great service to my child that will impact her for the rest of her life, and I could not think of any other center that I would trust with the job to care/nurture and teach my daughter. I gave 4 stars because there is no stroller storage. Otherwise an amazing place!

This is the cleanest daycare /childcare that I’ve seen in Boston. The facilities and equipment are pretty much brand new. The director is very friendly, detailed, knowledgeable and you can tell that she cares about the kids and knows what most parents are concerned about. When placing your child into daycare you want to be sure that they get the same care as you would give them at home. You want to make sure they get the warmth and attention they need. The staff to child ratio here is good. The daycare provides lunch with healthy options and snacks, so that I don’t have to pack one when I’m running late. From when I observed, the staff changes the kids when needed so they’re not sitting in their mess for hours like I’ve seen at other daycares. The staff here gets it and the connection with all of the kids show. The location is awesome, near my office in Backbay and I can hop on Mass Pike Route 90 so easily. Dropping off and picking up my little man at daycare is the least stressful part of my day. Less expensive than most daycares I looked up in that area. Most importantly all the kids get real attention from the staff… not folks just going through a routine checklist every 2 hours like some larger daycare chains. 5 stars because I wouldn’t want any less for my boy.
