Tataway Boston was very responsive with my initial inquiry. I was able to quickly book my appointment online. Immediately following my consultation I had decided that this was an option for my tattoo removal. I had my first session. Both Maia and Carmine were extremely knowledgeable very friendly. They shared examples of their clients with similar skin coloring as myself and an estimation of how much of the tattoo could be removed based off of the colors that were used vs. my skin tone. LOVE THE HONESTY.
The office was clean and I felt as though I was in good hands. There are not too many words to describe the feeling of getting the tattoo removed. The closest thing I could think of is… Imagine bacon grease spatter landing on your body. It was quick with a little bit of a sunburn like feeling over the next 24 hours. I am looking forward to my next couple of sessions and having my tattoo removal completed. Thanks ladies forward to seeing you for my next session!

I saw good view, thats why I went there. I agree that their customer service is really good, but I am here to get my tattoo remove is the main point.
so I decided to go in for a consultation with Chelsea, and I just want to remove ¹⁄₅ of my eye brows from each side which add up to about an inch long. Chelsea talk to me about the Pico laser, witch will cost me $ 90-​$ 100 per treatment. so after few months later I went back and spoke to a different person. The manager of the store, he said is going to cost me $ 400 for what I want to get done. Than I told him that I have spoke to Chelsea months before and he found the paper that I fill out. So he was like «okey I’ll do it for $ 100». So i got my first treatment right away, takes only 10 sec. than i made appointment to go back 6 weeks later.
this time i am seeing chelsea, but the result came up to be one side of my eye brows is lighter than the other side. One side of my brows is still dark, I went back to just want to get the dark side laser again. I took work off early to go in for my appointment, and i told Chelsea I am just getting one side done. she said «sure, is going to be the same price» well this doesn’t make sense to me. and she said «yea, we can’t go even lower b/​c the guy who offer you $ 100 got in trouble. the boss was pretty up set, so we wouldn’t able to go lower for the price. and if you don’t want to get it done is fine b/​c if you give it sometime the tattoo will faded.» If i can wait for it to fade why people go pay so much to get their tattoo remove?
1^st she totally forgot that she’s the one who gave me that price
2^nd the price is not clear at all, people come up with different price
3^rd they only show you good customer service when you go in for a visit, the day after the treatment they will text or call you. but if you don’t want to paid for what they ask you, they basicly tell you to leave in a nice way though (that’s how i feel).
Last, pictures on their site did show before and after picture of people who got their tattoo remover but they never tell you how many treatment it took to get the tattoo remove and the price.

Tataway has amazing customer service and good deals on packages. They are really friendly and incredibly attentive. I love that I receive texts not only letting me know about appointments, but actual personalized texts following up on my recovery from appointments and reminding me of best care practices. The treatments may be a little more expensive than some other places, but it’s been worth it for me to see significantly better results and receive such customer attention. I highly recommend Tataway!

Great service, fantastic people and the best prices for laser removal I’ve found. Scheduling is easy and the location is (relatively) convenient — just make sure you include the zip code in your GPS!

I have been to the New York location and it was great. They iced my tattoo so the pain wasn’t nearly as bad as expected, and it was over so quickly. I will definitely be using them for the rest of my treatment.

Fantastic team, office environment and service. The RevLite laser treatment left me with clearer skin after about a week. Would highly recommend!

I couldn’t imagine a better place to get a tattoo removal. The girls are wonderful, professional and talented. They care a ton about their work and your satisfaction.

So far I had 3 appointments for a tattoo removal on my calf. I can see a difference in comparison to original tattoo. I chose the picosure laser based on reviews on Internet. Everyone is very nice in Tataway. Have no complaints and will update my review after the end of removing of my tattoo.

Tataway was great with helping me figure out how much it would cost to remove my unwanted tattoo (very affordable), but then again, my tattoo only covers a small area and is outlined in black, no color/​shading involved.
I’m planning on coming in within a few weeks for my first treatment, will update again soon :)

Marta was great I was very scared she took a lot of time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable I will be returning soon to finish erasing my tattoos

Everything has gone very well. I just went in for my 4^th treatment and my red tattoo is coming out faster than planned. My tattoo removal specialist is very friendly and has a shockingly great memory, which is better than mine because I am horrible with names and can’t remember hers.

I just finished my second picosure treatment a couple days ago. They were extremely nice and helpful with my treatment. So far, my tattoo seems to be fading slightly and hopefully it starts to be less noticeable after the next treatment! :)

They did such a fantastic job on my neck tattoo! It just needs a little clean up and it will be completely gone. Chelsea and Maya are so nice too. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
