Chris has ten years experience in real estate, first as an owner, manager and advisor for a portfolio of residential multi-​family properties in New Hampshire and then in Boston with a focus on Boston’s Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Bay Village, Fenway, and South End. He launched one of Boston’s first dedicated loft-​living websites within a Back Bay boutique brokerage firm and later partnered with another loft-​focused brokerage. Chris also worked as the Accounts Manager for one of Boston’s première property management companies — learning the ins-​and-​outs of everyday property management in the city — before returning full-​time to residential sales and leasing.
