I have been to pretty much every United Club in the US and this is by far my favorite. It’s a beautifully designed space above terminal B, providing amazing views of the runways. I could sit here all day and watch planes take off and land. It’s a very airy and modern club, one of the newest UCs in the system. And it’s never over crowded. They offer some breakfast items in the morning, and light snacks during the afternoon. The bar offers free beer, wine, and house cocktails(no champagne unfortunately). This club truly is a wonderful place to spend time before a flight, and sure beats sitting in the crowded and noisy terminal. It doesn’t make sense to me that people are giving this United Club low ratings because they didn’t have access to the club. It seems childish. Having been to this club location over 75 times this year alone, I can genuinely attest to the quality.

This club room is just plain sad. While I am flying first class domestic, they still charge $ 50 to use the club room. The food options are not very good, bagels and cereal. No healthy voices. And it is not worth it! Save your money and hang out for a real breakfast and a latte at Stephanie’s downstairs.

Pat(from the front desk of the United Club) was welcoming, kind, friendly and warm. She made our delayed flight experience stress-free and we are so appreciative and grateful. Stellar customer service is far and few between lately, but Pat went above and beyond to make our time with United Airlines delightful. Thank you, Pat!

Horrible, United needs to steal a page from Lufthansa, Air Canada and others. Lufthansa Detroit lounge and Montréal’s Canadian Airlines lounge are so much nicer. I won’t bring up the ANA and others internationally. This isn’t about domestic versus international lounges. It is about customer service and being best in class. United fails at both.

This is one of the best United Club that I have experienced. I remember a time when there was no Club, and so now that I have relocated to Greater Boston, I am happy that they have installed a nice new one in Terminal B. The Club is nice and spacious, and the service is excellent. The food choices have improved in general at all of the Clubs. The only downside of this location is that there aren’t any work stations if I want a nice quiet place to work. There are two telephone rooms with a desk in each, but you can only be in them for one hour at the most.

It’s impossible to compare international vs domestic lounges. That’s like comparing McDonald’s to Morton’s Steakhouse. Bad form. So in terms of domestic lounges, this one has many positives. It’s nicely decorated and modern with both usb and power outlets at almost every seat(some lacking in bar area). Bathroom is very clean. Attendants are quite pleasant. The views of the sunrise and the runway are great with large windows. It does have some drawbacks however. Because it’s a smaller market here in Boston this lounge doesn’t get the normal food spread larger airport lounges get. And it used to be that you could grab a can(or two… or five…) of soda from the fridge for a quick chug or to bring on your long flight with you… But that’s long gone, with drinks instead needing to be requested at the bar. If you’re wanting to get away from a noisy terminal and relax a bit, this place is perfect for that. But it lacks some of the larger airport bells and whistles and, yes(sigh) it’s not an international carrier lounge(really, that needs to be disclaimed here in Boston???)

AND the coffee is dreadful I agree completely with and compliment Vic G for his thorough review. AND the coffee at this United Club is dreadful — both brewed and from the machined espresso drinks. AND no sparkling water or sodas or juices other than OJ until the bar is opened.

Facility is nice… Still waiting for the Food Upgrade at Logan. Quality of coffee and food is subpar

*Disclaimer: The rating is not a reflection of this club per say. It’s more about the standards at which domestic airlines operate as compared to international ones. So this United Club is pretty spectacular when it comes to the actual space itself. This one in particular has awesome views of the runway and Atlantic Ocean surrounding Logan. The interiors are great too. Quite a many seats, chairs with a view, great bathroom. Not to forget the great bar. Especially the bartender. She was a gem! Why the 2 stars then? The food. I was so disappointed with the options available. Now I wonder if this changes during different hours of the day. What I saw really left me feeling very sad for United. For someone who prefers Star Alliance airlines when flying internationally — I feel United with the way at least they cater to frequent fliers who frequently access the United Clubs — is at the bottom of the food chain. 2 kinds of mini Bagels 2 kinds of mini cupcakes 3 kinds of cereals Cold yogurt Apples and Bananas Period. Sure there is a bar. But I don’t intend on getting drunk on free alcohol whenever I spend some down time at these clubs at the airport. The space helps escape the crowd and let one do work when traveling for business. But the purpose of getting away from the main terminal is also to have options to eat something good when in an enclosed space as awesome as this. That’s where United gets Zero stars. The food options mentioned above are nothing but disgraceful for an airline which probably is the biggest in the country(no, I don’t keep track of those things but just think they are at least in the top 2). So for anyone planning to use this club for the first time(like me) — please go in with the right expectations. If you are looking for peaceful space — check If you are looking for free house booze — check Do not come in on an empty stomach expecting a lineup of good stuff. I remember the United Club in SFO had better options. But that was a year ago. If this is the route United is going with every club they have, it’s a sad state of affairs.

Nice environment with a view looking at the runway. But snack selections suck as always!

Among all United Club Lounges, this is as quiet, airy and as serene as it could get. This can be accessed by elevator near gate 24, terminal B. The whole lounge hovers above the floor below. I love the large floor to ceiling windows. However, although this is as good as it gets, I can’t give it five stars because the gold standard of lounges to me was the Munich Lufthansa lounge which provided a wider selection of beverages, free beer and food on a buffet-style table.

Better lounge than Newark IMO. Certainly less crowded. Right next to gate B22. You need to take he elevator which is not marked that well.

This is the better United lounge — primarily because of the size, and the location. The other United lounge isn’t far where gates 60 – 69 are, but it’s significantly smaller. The reason I rated this one 4 stars and the other 3 is b/c of the business center. It’s very useful to get work done with your laptop plugged into the desks. If you’re delayed 3 hours, it’s the perfect place to get work done. Internet works great, the bar is like any other lounge, and there are plenty of staff to help. WARNING: It does get very packed often. The business center, not so much.

Big, spacious and clean. Free wifi and plenty of room to spread out and charge your electronics. Nice place to unwind while waiting for your flight.

Very nice Club from the new cookie cutter. Domestically one of the nicer ones. Seating and views are exceptional. Lots of staff in the morning for support. Overall need to work on improving the food and beverage offerings to a more international standard.

The lounge itself is nice and overlooks the runways so you can watch the aircraft arriving and departing. Food is the same old same old as other locations.

As airline clubs go, this was pretty nice. Spacious and plenty of seating and plug-in options. Friendly staff and typical club food. The cleanliness of the club was impressive. Tables we promptly cleaned and the restroom was spotless. Amazing…

Lovely, spacious & open with plenty of seating, freshly baked cookies and a selection of decent wines at the bar. Same friendly desk staff from the Red Carpet Club in Terminal C.

United provided a sneak peek to its premier flyers on Monday to this beautiful new club. The view of the runway is stunning. There are power outlets everywhere. What a relief that we can leave the Terminal C behind. I just hope that the club will be big enough for resurging air travel.
