I have never written a single review ever in my life before, but I couldn’t just let one more person experience the same thing I did. I would give them a zero if Unilocal would let me. I cannot even explain in words how terribly AWFUL they are. NEVER EVER EVER EVER use them EVER. Their customer service is the worst. I’ve never experienced anything like this from anyone before. On top of that they overprice everything and is sooo inefficient our bus got cancelled THE DAY BEFORE. If you ever want to rent a bus, use First Student charter bus rental. They are the best. I told them about our situation with US coachways and they gave us a 5% discount even when we booked the day before. But never ever ever use US Coachways. I don’t even know if they wanna make profit or not. I hope they get bankrupt.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Never ever use this company. We booked them for a group trip to NYC, with about 40 people. We booked about two months in advance. Today we called to confirm our trip for Saturday. We were told our trip had been cancelled. No phone call, nothing. Had we not called, we would have all been waiting around for this truly LOUSY company that never would have showed up. We’ve tried calling many times, and no one ever answers the phone. Our attorney is currently looking at all the paperwork. We thankfully were able to book another wonderful bus company very last minute to take us to NYC. We are a non profit preschool and this was a big deal for us. US Coachways is a rotten company. Do your homework and go with another company that actually CARES about its customers. US Coachways does NOT.

You guys knocked it out of the park! Kevin was AMAZING and he handled a few last minute changes to our itinerary with ease. There were some challenges in getting the larger 44-​passenger school bus, but they overcame that completely behind the scenes and without any stress on my part (which planning and executing a wedding there were plenty of other things I needed to worry about!!!) I will definitely use your company and Kevin for any future needs that I may have!!!
